Who hurt you? What so bad about somebody talking? Maybe you need to do it and let some of that out. I have to do it from time to time. We all have to talk and let it out. It also helps you understand and deal with things when you talk about them. If you don’t have anybody, start a journal or something. It doesn’t matter what you write as long as you aren’t planning on hurting yourself or somebody else. Write it down and be honest. Without honesty, you don’t have anything. So be sure to be honest no matter how you go about it. Running from the truth isn’t good for anybody.
