@aashish19984 жыл бұрын
@@anywhere_19 been using it since 2018, not a single problem. It hisses sometimes even when I'm not playing and the guitar is connected, but maybe that's because of the cable.

I got one of these at Christmas and really only got round to using it since lockdown started. It's brilliant. I use it with an Epiphone Casino, which I've always found versatile, but this amp has unlocked a range of of sounds that have really given new life to the guitar. Initially I thought it was a bit fussy, but you quickly get used to the functions and it's a lot of fun to experiment with. I've yet to use it with my laptop as I'm scared that if I go down that rabbit hole and start to record on Mixcraft, I'll lose touch with reality. In short, it's a superb little unit and unbelievably good value for money.
@gerryparker42614 жыл бұрын
@Seamus O'Dork, thanks for taking time out to draw attention to an unforgiveable oversight. Sadly, I have a bad habit of failing to anticipate fastidious pedantry and should, of course, have said something like: "The id Core 2's pre-loaded digital fx package enabled me to thoroughly exploit my Casino's natural tones, but also enhanced the user experience such that it sounds like an entirely different instrument. In addition, when saddled to my DAW, I can access (BUT NOT UNLOCK!) previously unavailable sounds and textures. This has been a hugely enjoyable and unexpected journey." I hope this meets with your approval, but I'll be happy to run any future comments by you for a sense check. PS Is Comic Book Guy based on you, by any chance...? Just a thought...

It's a really good practice amp otherwise, and modding the power brick to live inside the cabinet, and moving the input to use a C13 socket is not very difficult, and worth the time and the effort, IMO.
