I have the same griddle. I really enjoy using it and I find that you really have to season it well when you finish using it or it will rust up if you don’t use it often. One of the things that I don’t really care for is the heat tgat is generated out of either side of the grill too. Be very vigilant of that and do not put any plastic bottles on there as they will MELT. If you put a service dish or aluminum pan on there it will HEAT up on you and get extremely HOT and you will get BURNT. Be CAREFUL. Again, I live using mine and breakfast is a great meal where tiu can cook multiple things and have them ready for everyone at the same time! You should definitely get a laxer thermometer and check your cooking surface before cooking and then find yourself a KZbin video that shows you the cooking temps for multiple types of food. Don’t leave home without it.

Just Bought the 1820 Pro Series from Walmart. It was a closeout floor model. Regular $563 , Paid $357. Came with no manual. Did it come with anything that does not connect to the grill in some way? I assume it is a 2021 model. Have been watching other videos on You Tube. The You Tubers recommend wind shields to hang down from the griddle sides. One guy took , and made shield from one time use aluminum cookie sheets. He got at Walmart. Says it protects what ever you put on the shelf from getting hot. Thanks for your review. I was a farmer many moons ago. 1986.

Sounds like you got a good deal 👍 I think if it was fully assembled you probably got everything. I’d say you could probably find a copy of the manual if you google search it too. I might have to try that with the shields on the side of the griddle. Sounds like it might help me out too. Thanks for watching and good luck!
