Highly recommend Tropic Star Lodge, Panama. Been there 7 times, never have had a bad week. Have had great luck fishing on the Reef. Big Black or Blue Marlin 300 to 600 pounds. Also Dorado, Yellowfin and Sailfish. Not many places like this left on Earth where you can still catch big Marlin. Pricey, but worth every penny.

Might think im soft but where im from its called passion. I honestly cried seeing the team work between boats to exchange catches in order to tag more. Im from Panama City , Panama and to say my family is connected to nature would be a vast understatement. Together with Filipino in-laws we've grown a great love for the water and all the beautiful animals in it. From my heart, thank you all so much, words can't even describe. God bless you all.

I am a freshwater fisher and we went to the keys with a couple family’s and on Tuesday we took a charter out and we went fishing for about 4 hours just through it these huge live baits we hooked onto a tarpon witch we lost because when the tarpon jumped it broke the line a 80 pound nurse shark and then right as we were about to leave we hooked up to about a 250 pound nurse shark that took around 40 minutes to reel in and as a freshwater fisherman that was the biggest fish I have ever caught
