I was waiting for a phone with both thermal and nightvision. Too bad they didn't use the best thermal camera available

Yes, it's a shame when they don't include top-of-the-range thermal cameras, especially when you expect a complete package with thermal and night vision. The good news is that they've already launched the Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra, which meets all your expectations.

@@XTechCompare couldn't wait anymore. Used a coupon on top of the back to school price and bought the 27T Pro for $160. Regular camera performance is a bit disappointing it seems to struggle focusing. Speaker is loud but low quality and when blocked almost no sound comes from the phone. Battery life is great, seems sturdy and well assembled. Bit too big for comfortable handling. Firmware seems stable, but I feel a lot of settings are missing and I cannot configure the layout very well.

Exactly! Ulefone focuses on functionality and rugged features, while Blackview, like many flagships, has removed the SD card slot and 3.5mm jack for a more streamlined design.

@@XTechCompare that said, I would discard the +point from BL regarding the storage as it has no extension slot available and thus it's stuck with only internal 512GB of storage, which is double more than the Armor has, however, in praxis, the Armor supports quadrupple the space storage, thanks to the SD card slot. For me this is where the BL truly lost. Indeed, it is faster, it has better benchmark score, and great ... GREAT quality Speakers (which btw. are totaly missing from your comparission / bad, very bad, consider adding those to the future comparision/reviews, definitely), but just the sheer knowledge that I am stuck with no option to further expand my storage, or store a copy of my files on the SD card for ohshit scenario, or easy transfer... uhm... just no. :/ wish their would combine the 2 together ♥
