Are you sure that you can reorder which widgets are first?? 10:47 I have zelblaze stratos 3 which has identical OS to this watch. I can't reorder anything, there's no option anywhere. Unless it's hidden somewhere very well I guess. I thought it would be like zelblaze ares 3 pro on which I could decide what button do. So music play/stop is just with one button press but this new OS doesn't give you this option.

Does the music player control music through phone only or can you use headphones or a Bluetooth speaker with it?

Smartwatches with extra memory to store music files generally have Bluetooth connectivity directly to headphones. Watches like these control the phone by Bluetooth and you pair the phone to the headphones, not the watch.

I dont think the heart rate is entirely accurate when you're working out. I conpared the data with my galaxy watch 3 and although the max heart rate was fairly similar, the average heart rate was way off. For example, my galaxy watch would say I'm at 163 bpm but on the w50 it says I'm at 119 bpm while my heart is racing. Ill continue to test it out but as of now, I'm not confident with its heart rate monitoring while training. I'll compare it with a pulse oximeter and report my findings. EDIT: Yeah, the heart rate data throughout training is inaccurate. Tested out HR between the W50, Galaxy Watch 3, and a pulse oximeter: I was at 155 bpm on my Galaxy watch, the Pulse Oximeter matched that (151-154 bpm) and the W50 stayed at 115-120 bpm at the same time. Its unfortunate because the w50 is a promising watch but it sucks that its active heart rate is inaccurate during intense exercise/training bouts.

Can you clear call history in the watch? If I clear call history on the phone, it purges all data locally, but hte watch still lists all my former calls. The only way I could get rid of call history is factory reset, but this needs initializing connection between watch and app as the very first time, pairing BT and all stuff. I don't think there's no easier way to clear call history. BTW the app is so botched and non professional with several bugs, such a watch would deserve a better application. I contacted app developers sending my problems to them, but got a bullshit auto response.

I use my W50 most of the day and charge it once a week (battery goes down to 45-50% in a week) but don't want to discharge it lower. I use "scheduled raise to wake" which uses more battery load.

I'm afraid you may need to buy a new one. You could try a local phone repair shop in your area, but I don't know of any global repair site you could send it to. Besides, the cost of repair may be half or more the cost of buying a new one with a fresh battery.
