Has there been any reports of a SPC tube placed in people who has CP and who are ambulatory? also who has a baclofen pump?

I am 27 and have spastic diplegia CP and I was wondering if urinary urgency is also neurogenic bladder because I've only heard of bladder retention

Thank you for making this video because I have struggled with cerebral palsy for my entire life, and I have urinary urgency several times a day, and at least twice a night, sometimes 3 times a night ,and I sometimes leak a little bit while sleeping, My parents don't believe urinary incontinence and cerebral palsy coexist, and I have trouble urinating in public, I peed myself yesterday while sleeping and I'm so embarrassed, I had to change my clothes in the middle of the night , and i peed myself twice last week too! and i refuse to take medicine because of the side effects and last time i had surgery i peed myself so badly that even the mattress was stained, and it wasn't even my bed!, I should wear protection every night, It's better to have it and if i have to use it i can use it, I didn't mind wearing protection as a kid, It felt good even when it was wet!

I also have urinary urgency and I was wondering if it was also a part of neurogenic bladder. I would get in trouble for peeing myself at school. last year I had to wear diapers because of polyneuropathy and with the meds I was on I couldn't feel my bladder.

I have the same experience and I realized I've had incontinence my whole life not knowing that it was a form of neurogenic bladder because I only heard it was bladder retention. Now the incontinence is affecting my quality of life I can't feel it anymore I have small fiber neuropathy and was on gabapentin that made it worse then I had a baby and I haven't been able to talk to a doctor about this yet. I'm trying to get an appointment with a new doctor.
