Mbbs student here I had bailey open simultaneously while watching the video ..... The book said exactly the same things for treatment of these injuries but it does not mention the "why" Your video explained the simple concept : "That by putting in a Foley you facilitate healing " in extra-peritoneal injury ......then everything made sense Thank you for the video
