I think PSA density or PSA level per gram of prostate may be more specific. 2 forms of PSA. Major and minor free form. Major free form increased in Carcinoma and minor free form increased in benign conditions.

calm down man there are many great doctors in the field and no one really opts for psychiatry unless they couldn't get anything else or they really do love psychiatry because it takes a massive toll on the mental health of doctors themselves, so, obviously you will either get the best or the worst in Psychiatry.
