Awsome! I look forward to seeing you flying it as well as your paint job for it. It is a little noisy but, not too loud. The highest I flew it is about 15 to 20 feet. The blade 400 can be flown in windy conditions however, it takes some skill and quick reflexes to keep it under control. The wind will throw it around a bit. It is best to fly it in calm conditions especially if you don' have a lot of flying experience with helicopters. Thanks for the kind words.

That would be a good place to start. After you get used to the controls, then you want to take out the expo on your aileron, elevator, and rudder controls a little at a time. That way, it will teach you to use smaller control inputs to maintain a hover. The key to hovering is to use small control inputs.

The thing to remember is to never chop the throttle stick when you get into trouble. That will cause the helicopter to slam it the ground and cause a boom strike. I don't have a sim. I learned the hard way. It took me about a year to learn to hover tail in.Take it slow and you will be hovering before yo know it. Bottom line is have fun. The plug in the back of the TX is for use on the sim and to use as a buddy box with another pilot.

Thanks kindly for the comment. I took it a little easy with this flight to get back in the groove and to fine tune my setup. How is your flying coming along?
