I just first time used my whole new Moser 1400 (grey), a precise and efficient machine, very enjoyable to use. I thank you for this video, it helped me to do the things right, specially the screw tightening that is a bit surprising, because it has to keep some release.

I tried to clean mine and opend it. Couldnt Open these 2 big screws on top but i opened it at the handle. Now its 3x as loud except if i loosen the screw on the side but now it doesnt cut hair with that.

Same with me. Cannot align the blade properly and makes a loud sound! Not cutting at all.

@@Asiong09 I will try to describe it simply. 0.55 pay attention here. This stage requires two people. Align the blade and make sure the blade is in the correct millimeter range (0.7-1.4mm). check again. If ready, let the other person tighten the screw slightly. this much. Remember, you will hold the relevant part of the device with both hands as if it were ready for use. The other person will tighten the bolt. this much.

40 years and still running...only used a bit of oil every 2 to 3 years. Still wirks as good as new. Never changed the blades.

The inner smaller blade doesnt fit back onto that little plastic thing in the middle so when you put the big metal plate blade on top and screw it in, the smaller blade is still kind of loose and if you touch it with your fingers it moves... whats up with that

Nope! Never use olive oil etc. to lubricate your blades please. Just wait until you can use the recommended oil. :-)

Don't worry! This is the official burgundy model.

Burgundy is 1400-0051 with two attachment combs include, and i mean 1400-0451 (gray) with one attachment comb 4-18mm. (art. 1400-0050 with one attachment comb 4.5mm - there is official web site).
