I like the blade at 30:33 over the chick-fil-a menu Mostly i like the double bend in the blade for once it's actually useful the first inch about the length of a razor blade is great angle for whittling for sharpening stakes the other part is a great angle for cutting. and the bend will not interfere in anyway with a defensive slice. probably mke it worse really.

I happened to pick up the last pack! I missed out on the axis lock from last year so I spotted this one and didn't think twice. I was impressed with the lock up, and finish. They don't feel as cheap as other cheap knives do. I was also impressed that they did a bearing version and spring assist version in the same pack. They were also respectably sharp. The included sharpener works quite well. The bit driver is pretty handy and respectably sturdy. The keychain tool is total trash though. The only minor issue I had was that the axis lock knife was a bit too tight in the pivot screw, but just a ever so slight adjustment and the blade flies right open. It's a great value knife set.

Great question! There were over 900 different vendors crammed in two rooms! I was only there a day and a half due to travel delays. Next year I plan to cover more and get a lot more custom knife makers as long as anywhere else that doesn’t have a ton of people in front of their table. On the second day and third day, some people don’t wanna talk … they’re ready to pack up and go home, while others are more than happy to talk to you. I guess the short answer would be that it all depends on the situation, the day and the table.

1:07:14 this seller seems to have the best damascus skills, regular damascus doesn't do anything for me anymore, infact i'll perfer an more subtle hamon with tree texured steel then boring same looking damascus, but these damascus designs look otherworldly, i perfer the steel on 1:06:42 the $1250 one, it looks stately and regal, but the $1600 is also very nice, looks like jade leaves, encased in stone, like an fossil i love the way they refect the light and glow secound place goes to 1:35 his Damascus is very nice, it's like polished stone, it has an calming effect, the tree like texure on it is great, it's subtle and secondary, but brings alot of polish to the knife, he's clearly very skilled at steel making, but it would be even better if it was the lengh of a yatagan sword that the knife is based on, so about 30 inches? i'm having an mental orgasim thinking of the beauty, with the soft recure, with an equally eye pleasing steel pattern.
