Blade Show Texas Fort Worth and Amarillo, What to Eat and Places to See

Blade Show Texas isn't complete without BBQ, last year I tried Riscky's but in two locations and didn't like it as much. This time around we had some winners.
I also normally drive a different car for shows, this time I had a 2023 Prius which was pretty good but the suspenstion is pretty harsh.
Let me know if I missed any must try places and I'll see folks next year.
