Blade & Soul NA Temple of Eluvium Twin Asura 12 Man

Guide for Twin Asura in Temple of Eluvium (VT) 12 man version.
Frozen Asura: 1 Melee Tank, 1 Keeper, 2 Healers
Flaming Asura: 1 Ranged Tank, 1 Keeper, 2 Healers
Orb Phase:
- 6 or 7 blue and red orbs will spawn and head towards the boss
- If bosses absorb 3 orbs = GG
- Tanks/Keepers block the same colour orbs as the boss they are on
- Solo blocking orb = 2 stacks. Sharing orbs = 1 stack between the people
- Tanks/Keepers/Healers want 3 stacks (buff) & DPS should have 1 or 2 stacks
- Ensure the buff (3 stacks) has more than 45 seconds left after 6th orb
- Orb blocking order does not really matter for Tank/Keepers
- We had DPS responsible for 4th and 5th orb blocking, while Healers blocked the rest
Flower Phase:
- Tank steps on 2 flowers. Keepers step on 2 flowers
- Keepers picks up orb and moves across to the other boss
5-Hit Phase:
- Everyone is rooted besides Keepers/Healers
- Tank is phantom gripped
- Correctly time greater heals
- LMB heal before/after your greater heal
- If both tanks survive they get a health boost
- Asura will swap sides and pull the respective tanks with them
Healing:
- Healer 1 casts greater heal on 1st hit
- Healer 2 casts greater heal on 2nd hit
- Keeper casts greater heal on 3rd hit
- Use LMB (instant heal) all the time when not casting greater heals.

this is awesome, but i have a few questions left. why do the keepers switch sides? and could you explain a more precise time on when to use the big heal? since its 3 seconds cast time and the hits are quite long.

Keepers switch sides because the tanks get pulled when the Auras switch, so the Keepers stay with the tanks. Healer 1 cast big heal on 1st hit. Healer 2 cast big heal on 2nd hit. Keeper casts big heal on 3rd hit. By then the CD should be up so Healer 1 can do big heal for 4th hit and Healer 2 for 5th hit. They spam instant heal while big heal is on CD.

I have a question, when is the right time for sf to do their B skill ? before the 5 hit ? or can they do it while rooted ?

Do it before the 5-hit phase, during the flowers.

Yes, that's the only difference between a Keeper and Healer.

Eckogen, do u know how much health a ranged tank need in order to survive? I'm a fm with about 160k hp, I survived the first 5 slashes but died at the last slash of the second combo. And it doesn't seem to be healers' problem.

Steven Hsieh The final slash for the first phase does 150K damage plus DoT. Try to have 170K health or more. Do you have a SF to temporarily boost health just before the 5 hits?

We do. with the SF buff, I have 200K health. But the dmg of the 5th slash seems to be way more than 150K, and I always barely survive through it. And after that, the last hit of the second 5 slashes just kill me, although my health was at almost 100%.

Increase your base health as much as you can. Having more means a bigger safety net. The healers need to keep instant healing you even after the 5th hit. Acquired Tastes has Dumplings that give 4.5K and 15K health. I don't know what your HM level is, but you could go 50 points in defense.

thx for the tips. i'll use the dumplings and put 40 in defense to get 170K hp. Our melee tank also survive both 5 slashes with 170K hp at the start.

If u need hp padding. U can try acrimor in nf. Naryu lab or IF mechanizer for some last minute hp. At least thats what some ppl tell me if ppl dont have 5 piece pvp or something

What if you have 2 stacks of orb debuff, then solo block another one? You end up with 3 stacks = buff, or go back to 1 stack of debuff?

i get the rolls soo far doing it is not easy as it sounds i mean tank is the easy jop he just hold asura and block orbs if keaper will miss one only the aouther jops is way too hard i tried a healer but what am i missing?X( i block the orbs away from tank and keaper but does it means that i must not get near the aouthers too?how i seach an orb?by block near them only?or even get close eangh to them even after blocking? what if i mistakly seached a stack with keaper mabey?and truns out that doing red is way harder then blue. what if i wanna seach the orb and they were close from the boss? the tank is with them. i know the roll but what i wanna know is how i move with out missing up

You should be assigned orb(s) numbers to block based on your role. On the Ice Asura you need to block orbs away from the melee tank & keeper as you don't want to share with them accidentally, so block orbs at max range. On the Flame Asura you block orbs around 3-8 meters as to avoid sharing with range tank, keeper, and others. Sharing with a tank or keeper will kill them if they are at 3 stacks, since they are opposite to the colour you are blocking. Healers and Keepers want to get 3 stacks. DPS roles get only 1-2 stacks to do the damage mechanic. Remember that solo blocking an orb gives 2 stacks, while sharing will split stacks (1 each).
