Thanks for the tips. The bladed jig is becoming my go to lure here in the middle of Michigan. Keep the videos coming, these and ZAFS are helping pass the time until ice out.

Last year my #1 was a swimbait, but #2 was the chatterbait. It's just a fantastic bait and flat out catches 'em for sure. 👊

Awesome bait!!!! I've got a compartment in my tackle system just for Chatterbaits. I won't waste $15 on a jackhammer but I do own a couple of Thunder Crickets. I guess because of the cost & the agony of losing more money than I want to. I played around with the Willow Vibe but it doesn't work well during colder months . Thanks for sharing 👍

I've been around a long time, I think you're one of the most awesome, down to earth guys on television! But I think it's time that we quit promoting, supporting these bait companies that aren't making their products in the USA!!💯🇺🇲🇺🇲

What about rod and reel manufacturers?
@johnknecht91583 жыл бұрын
@@georgeadcock2347 I've been buying cashion and St. Croix rods. Now the reels are a little harder. I've been looking who manufactures the reel, and see if there a good allied country. It's just really sad that we can't manufacture some reel's in the USA!
@murphroberts48912 жыл бұрын
First, it's not a matter of we CAN'T make this stuff in the USA. It's a matter that you couldn't afford to buy it if it were made here. While you're shopping at Wal-Mart this week, keep in mind that the crap you're buying doesn't pay a living wage to a laborer in the USA. Keep in mind the amount of money the CEO of Wal-Mart and other big American companies make while the average worker struggles to live on the wages he and she earns. Keep in mind that the laborer who makes that crap in your shopping cart earns pennies per hour and will never afford the same garbage you take home, use, and then throw away.

Get the KVD CC4 which is the bladed jig accuracy/ KVD 2.5 rod. I use that for my 1/2 and 3/4 oz. Bladed jigs and it has been a work horse for me.
