I made a poison pathfinder bladestorm general's cry build and it was great. Glad to see someone else utilizing the general's cry/bladestorm combo. Works with rage vortex, too, tho bladestorm feels better from what I tested (larger AoE and the storms move)

I did the same thing with Assassin - definitely fun but seemed to max out. Did you use the bear belt? I was thinking Perseverance.

was about to suggest this, so many hits for poison and wither stacks. seems like a great idea. already such a low cd on the cry even without tattoos

7:33 Kitava's Teachings is the jewel. It was used frequently in setups with automated desecration.

Change Bladestorm with Earthquake of Amplification. You'll obliterate bosses as each mirrors/mirage warrior's from general's cry will have separate Aftershocks. It also synergize with your increase duration.

On bosses these skills might be okay but clearing maps these duration skills seem terrible.

@@_Titanium_ Technically yes. If you are playing Ruthless, getting a Bersker Class (Warcry Explosions) making this build smoother.

@@betabotz4391 idk about ruthless lmao. But yeah I can see how EQ of Amp would be best, that almost seems busted to the point of needing a patch if it got popular. But I haven't run the numbers. Have you played it? do you have a pob to hand? You thinking just scaling hit damage or also doing bleed or poison? Zerker is good on league start, my only issue is it's so squish lol.

@@_Titanium_ Since bleed do not stck well, i don't think it's a good mechanics for this also, EQ has lower multiplier for bleed/poison.

Hey Cap, I'm interested to know how scaling duration actully helped the damage as every time you recast Generals Cry, say every 1.8seconds the old storms disappear. I did alot of experimenting in ssfhc this league with GC and landed on Earthshatter as my prefered way to play it(I have 4 or 5 dead characters to prove it xD). Berserker would of been nice for me but Champ was alot safer. Keep up the awesome work dude.

Back when Heatshiver was OP, one of my favorite builds I've ever run was a General's Cry Berserker with GC linked to Ice Crash and Smite as my main attack for extra lightning damage. It was basically an aura stacker, just trying to push as much flat added damage as possible into each hit from Ice Crash using Wrath, Hatred, and Vaal Smite, and then converting lightning to cold with two max quality Call of the Brotherhood rings to take advantage of the basically double damage granted by Heatshiver. Early on I just used a Frostbreath for cheap double damage, but later went crit and switched to a Paradoxica with crit and ele pen mods for bossing, and ele pen + "trigger a socketed spell" to automate Desecrate while mapping. I got it up to a solid 30-40 mil Shaper DPS with a decent amount of investment (probably about 30 div), but unfortunately between the aura nerfs and Heatshiver being taken out back and shot, it's probably not super viable today

I love the adorned but it needs to be adjusted so that 80% of builds dont need to rush it , its too major sadly and Ive used it since release , i love crafting the gems i love it all but its just waaaay to strong for the game atm

Is there a skill on the tree that lets you stack all those skill for bladestorm? Instead of the game stacking all the skills on bladestorm it gave me two separate blamestorms splitting up all the skils.

Blade Flurry getting 6 stacks off with 10 attacks per second on general’s cry is so busted. Glad to see people trying other skills

Maybe with trauma you can peoc desecrate and automate the generals cry proc? Indeed your attack speed would work for bladestorma from the generalcry. Wonder if bleed will also multiply, so each general cry applies bleed seperatly. Crimson dance will definitely work but just normal bleed?

You can't Use trauma support with non-strike skills, womp womp.

@@Vulgaels but that wouldn't increase general's cry damage at all, just the primary skill's damage. So it's useless. Also no, bleed wouldn't stack

I made a thread on Reddit one time about how I think The Adorned is not a good addition to the game and ruins build making diversity. It got downvoted to hell and people were jumping through all kinds of hoops to say how it's not that overpowered. Yet, somehow, every build making KZbinr eventually makes a video saying Adorned bad

If you can get all the voices it's mega over powered. Then add on top of it synthesized jewels. It really pigeon holes you into playing a stat stacker though (int being the best). Is it bad for the game? Maybe. Cluster jewels have the same problem thought to a much smaller degree.

Cap known for being a totem hater, so you will never get a answer on that. But, since Mark (Neon) said that they are working on ancestral buffs "Problem" - there is a high likelihood for this tech to be more valuable in next league (because fix problem means - delete it).

i have made a generals cry build completely on my own , but i cant share it with the community or everyone will want to do the exact same ,and the price of it's item will sky rocket :/ it does between 100mil-300 mil depending on how much i am willing to put into it , there are many cool things about general's cry that the community is not willing to discover

General's Cry + Bladestorm tech is kinda sick, also doesn't even seem to require 6L? You could 4L this and just get the 12% (times 6?) more attack speed per blood pool, and use another skill... maybe something with trauma since you're scaling duration...? Just to confirm, you are getting 12% more attack speed overlapping with each bladestorm? Each General could apply 3 of these, so theoretically you could get 18x12=216% more attack speed (which is bonkers)
