I REALLY want to believe it's accidental. But with changes like Necro sword where they've blatantly shown they can fix this it's starting to feel more and more deliberate every day. 😂

@GW2Pseudo that happens when no one in the balance or skill dpt teams plays warrior. They just think it's basic so they use placeholder skills from other classes as it's main content.

They BUTCHERED this spec beyond recovery when they last touched it.

Yup & Fun fact: The 0.5 "delay" they added a) doesn't happen under water, b) subtracted 20 range from Dragon Trigger 2, and c) Isn't affected by Quickness. -- So even if you use something like [Frenzy] to try to compensate for it, you just can't. It's great. -_-

It doesn't. EoD devs didn't know warrior existed and accidentally made a second engi spec
