Love it !! For the stairs, go a bit faster and push max on your heels, if you go fakie push max on your toes !

Thanks for the feedback, brother! Stairs are one of those things I've been putting off learning for far too long 😅 fun finally getting into it.

I have three favorite setups that I use for different purposes, and perhaps I can review all of them in a clip. How does that sound?

I've never tried larger than 243x80 or 230x110 .im guessing those things feel like cheat codes .is it a lot easier on those frames you have or just a little? I suspect it's A LOT but I don't want to set myself up for disappointment If I spend the $

Bn on 243x80 for 30 yrs might be time I think 🤔😅

@@Adamfr14x80 the rockering definitely makes these movements easier. I would recommend NN skates frames though for a much less expensive buy that will still offer the same great experience.

How do they roll if you go over small rocks/not so smooth surface. I have NR100, and they eat up all rocks and gravel. I suspect smaller 3x80mm wheels in the middle may affect ride quality.
@CamGoodTimes2 жыл бұрын
I roll over rocks and gravel all day without issue. I imagine the front 100mm wheel really helps, along with skating forward in the predator position (which keeps the front wheels somewhat elevated when moving forward)

What's wizard skating? Noob here
@CamGoodTimes2 жыл бұрын
Happy to help answer that! Wizard skating was developed in Canada by Leon Basin. He wanted to create big wheel frames that can combine slalom, speed, aggressive, and urban disciplines all at once. That resulted in these big shiny frames that have a slight rocker on them (wheels lower in the center of the frame and progressively higher towards the front and back). This enables you to skate really fast while having a lot of maneuverability and stability at the same time. There are many "Wizard tricks" that include one and two footed 3-turns (called lions and gazelles, respectively). Because of the stability, it's also easier to land jumps and do tricks on urban obstacles or skate parks. @tom moyse has excellent further explanation in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYjWi4x4eMhobLM
