been playing for 2 days and just 3 cards away from full list and already winning games. Thx Jeff!!

This has been so far my favorite deck in the game, not too complex but enough to when you win you feel good with yourself.
@LukeFАй бұрын
I had an 11 game win streak with Blaine that only got disrupted by a crazy 18 trainer misty flip. This deck is super fun.
@KareusCaliburnАй бұрын
Damn! That trainer should play lickitongue!
@KTA_ESPАй бұрын
Got my 45 wins mostly with this deck, minus the Kangha. It really hits very fast and reaches the damage thresholds on key pokemon very quick!
@TheMadMedekАй бұрын
This deck is my current favorite to play. Not the “best deck” I have, but one of the most fun. Fast, positioning, and the Blaine one shots. Also I have the Blaine and Rapidash full arts

For these stream highlight videos, I'd appreciate being able to see the date the footage is from, whether as a quick image on screen or just in the description. Not because its necessary to enjoy the video, but to be able to cross reference with things like your weekly meta report to understand some of the meta game context such as that this was from before the bump in Arcanine popularity or more basics in mewtwo. I don't know if this is something you've considered or tried before and found it hurt video performance due to something like people not wanting to watch "old" videos, but if that is the case then no worries, I can live with the slightly less defined context. And i do recognize the irony of finally getting around to asking this on a video where you happen to call out the date by referencing the election.

Content in this game has a fairly long lifecycle. You can assume I won't post a deck if I think the build is no longer relevant due to changes in the game. I won't time stamp though because as you said here if people see something is even a few days "old" they'll generally push away from it.
@drumstep9135Ай бұрын
@@HooglandiaPocketFair enough. I think it's more than a little disappointing that's the way it apparently has to be, but I understand.

I just got my second Ninetails this morning, and my first match was exactly against Pikachu EX. I had two Blaines in hand too, so Ninetails just one shot them one after the other XD My opponent did NOT send me a thanks 😆

As long as you get ok card draws you can wipe out an ex card before it even gets to do much dmg
@RarecuisineSaucegod-ig8bcАй бұрын
Thanks to the fire event i got the last Vulpix needed to complete the deck!
@joek0620Ай бұрын
For tournament play, what would you sub for one red card?
@FalnkyАй бұрын
Because this deck is so proactive, I'm not sure that it should run a red card even in tournament
@HooglandiaPocketАй бұрын
Don't worry about their hands and just run them down yeah.
@Nidai64Ай бұрын
This is a great deck! But i suggest farfetch'd better than kangaskhan
@HooglandiaPocketАй бұрын
That definitely makes your Mewtwo match up better while hurting your Pikachu match up a bit. Fine trade off if you want to make it.
@AntwokАй бұрын
Very good content as always. Do you mind explaining the purpose on kangha versus farfetched or even another Giovanni/red card whatever. The high retreat cost does not seem very appealing to me if played at the start of the game for an aggro deck, and playing it mid late game seems like it's never an option we wanna take compared to our other fire pokemon
@HooglandiaPocketАй бұрын
You should almost always be playing 5+ basic Pokemon in Pocket decks. People building with less than that are misbuilding almost always IMO. Farfetch'd is better against Mewtwo, Kang is better against Pikachu. Pikachu is a harder match. Hedge as you please. Second Gio is good in this deck, but it replaces Sabrina not a basic if you want it.

I’ve been trying to make this deck since week 2 and I’m having the weirdest luck from Charizard packs. I’ve pulled TWO immersive Charizards and I cannot for the life of me pull Vulpix and Ninetails. I’m gonna end up crafting commons bro.

Most of the deck I seen use double Giovani. Which one is better between using one Kangaskhan vs double Giovani ?
@HooglandiaPocketАй бұрын
I think the second Gio is very solid in this list, but I wouldn't cut the 5th basic for. Likely trim the second Sabrina instead.
@aamirahmed5842Ай бұрын
Is moltres ex worth here u think?
@HooglandiaPocketАй бұрын
No. None of your cards need more than 2 energy.

I like one magmar instead of kanga
@ultimatesoreАй бұрын
Sure but kanga attacks for one and 100 hp matterd
@TheDahaka1Ай бұрын
@@ultimatesore There are pro and cons for both. Magmar can surprise the opponent with Blaine and retreat for one less. It's a matter of what you prefer
@TheMadMedekАй бұрын
See 12:30 for why Kanga is better than Magmar specifically. Magmar can’t do that for you being a 2 energy attacker
@AceAbellsАй бұрын
I like far fetched instead of magmar. Energy cost efficient
@HooglandiaPocketАй бұрын
I think Magmar is fine in this deck, but as a 6th basic. You want a Kanga or Farfetch'd IMO.

@zeekynote3136Ай бұрын
Still need Blaine. I would spend pack points, but I'm opening Charizard packs at the moment. It'd be my luck to pull 2 in one pack after spending points. 😅
