What lipstick do you use??? I have to wear red lipstick for competitions as well, but all the one's either wear off or rub off on the uniforms!!! My lips get chapped easily so I don't prefer any matte lipsticks.... Any suggestions??? Thanks!!

This may be a weird question, but what do you do to stay in shape? Do you have any specific workouts, or do you do just the things done at practices?

OK so what I do is I like to go running everyday for 3-4 miles and then I like to 200 sqauts 100 sit-ups and 100 push-ups

Of course she is! But this is for a cheer competition. Makeup is part of the uniform so she doesn't look washed out. Think of it like stage makeup for actors.
