Love this. We are from Mississippi USA and have spent a lot of time around Blairgowrie. It is a great place to base your Scotland trip for a week or so. Caringorms are very close. Hike the Cateran trail and the Knockie Path. Close to Dunkeld and the Hermitage walk. Stay at Brooklynn Mill (Jute Store or Loft). The most lovely walk is from there into town by the river. Easy to walk to eat or shop. Littles Restaurant had moved to the old Methodist Church when we went my on our last trip. The food there is absolutely fantastic. Stirling and Edinburgh are short drives for a day trip. Blairgowrie and Rattray are a hidden gem of Scotland.

Well that brought back memories!!! My parents used to own Rosebank House in the late 70s early 80s and I spent my summers on that river...me, and Vernon de Schafta, and the girl with the switch blade. Would complete my life if either of you ever saw this....Jonathan

Blairgowrie has such beautiful musical traditions. Why would you choose to use such absolute crap in this video?!!! Had to turn the sound off - thank goodness that was an option.
