I hate when people say all blake does is dunk, because you dont average over 20 PPG by just dunking

8Baller1000 "needs a better jumper"? Have you not been paying attention to the preseason? He has everything now
@8Baller10009 жыл бұрын
XxCaveman17xX by a jumper I meant he still hesitates on whether he should shoot it or not, I saw that today when they where vsing Utah.. and saw it all time last season and until he doesnt hesitate that much in the regular season, preseason doesnt matter at all.. but yeah its not a big deal i just rather have him shoot a jumper then matt barnes or someone like that..

Chris Paul I watched the game. he drew fouls like no tomorrow from every single Laker ;[ .. and my comment was mostly for what he needed to get better on last season. And thats also just one game. He needs to show consistency which I m sure he will be able to.

You know what I find pretty incredible and awesome about this game? Only ONE of blake griffin's baskets was a dunk, and he hit a number of different shots to get those 47 points. Way to go Blake. Coming from a Lakers fan, I can't wait to see the rest of your career, it's gonna be a good one.

If anything, I think having CP3 has hurt Blake's personal growth and overall production at least this year. Sounds crazy because Paul makes everyone better. But Paul is such a 4th quarter presence, Blake has practically disappeared down the stretch unfortunately. I think one more year under his belt as "the man" would have allowed BG to improve his shooting and his late game confidence. Blake was still terrific this year, but hopefully he'll really blossom next year.

If you watch Clipper games you know that Griffin can hit the jumper. He just needs to be more confident. His jumper is not consistent, but it will get there. His post moves have improved. This guy is already good, but he is just going to get much better.

He and Blake are supposed to form the Clippers duo before he got traded for CP3. I'll still have considered him a franchise player since the team wanted to 'build around' him and Blake.

They can but, Griffin needs to improve a bit more, DJ needs to improve his offensive game, and they need a defensive stopper like Sefolosha or Brewer and have Crawford come off the bench as the 6th man, but if they make the right moves this season and next, they have a chance.

but the fact remains that most of his points were in the paint. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, a post game is crucial for a power forward like Griffin, but if he can develop a consistent jumper, maybe 15-17 ft, that will add a whole knew dimension to his game, it'll be a nightmare guarding. If im guarding Griffin, i'll let him stay outside the paint all night. He needs to develop a consistent jumper he can rely on

He has potential but he's waaay too focused on offense, the fact that he's 6'10 and can leap 38 inches in the air just seems irrelevant to me cause Lebron can average more blocks than him. If he plays defense then he'll be the best PF in the game.

not true at all, blake gets plenty of touches in the post, he should be working on his post moves and getting more consistent and confident shooting 15 footers rite now in the off season, after hes recovered from surgery... blake is a very talented player but his game is not fully polished yet... maybe u should watch games and not just highlights and youll realize that cp3 resurrected this franchise
