I feel you on the “this isn't what 5 years should look like”. I been natural my whole life but joined the community 8 yrs ago. It used to feel like a fail not having to pull my hair out of my asscrack (same hair type). It's just mid-back. But now, like you I also wanna cut it to one equal length🤣 And thanks for uploading the removal, I'd have been bald after taking the rubber bands out first.

Which method do you prefer between this and using a crochet needle? This method of installing looked easier, but the takedown seems like it might be more difficult
