A lot of people are asking about this! Yes, the events of Stuff & Sam take place AFTER A Day at the Beach (hence why baby Elmer wasn’t present) Between Blame the Hero and Stuff & Sam, there are two primary timelines: our timeline (with the USA) and the British timeline (with the USB). In A Day at the Beach, the moment the Mingeworthys left to 1865, THAT’s when our timeline shifted to the British one. So it’s safe to assume that when Blame when back to the beach to prevent the Mingeworthys from creating that timeline, Sam never left Donna, but rather went on to the events of Stuff & Sam :)
