Biggest problem is vice. Too much self indulgence: sex, drugs, materialsm, ego, envy, violence as response.

I think two things that are holding us back is that we are divided and we do not love each other. We must learn how to recirculate our money in our own community. We compete against each other instead of together as a collective Force. Some of us will take our whole income tax check and spend it on rims or beauty products. We don't try to pull resources to buy a neighborhoods. Everyone around black people see us as a paycheck

That Tulsa "race massacre" has had its history rewritten in the last 10 years. Whether the beginning of it is true or a false accusation, i don't know, but they took the dude down to jail and people from the dudes area showed up, and all accounts said (before 10 years ago) the dudes people fired first and started that fight. Then it just escalated from there.

There is not a pay gap between Black and Whites most blacks prefer to work as little as possible wear a large part of the whites prefer 70 80 hour weeks that's not a pay discrepancy that's a dedication to your job discrepancy

Work ethic is a big issue. No other race as this issue when it comes to money, most Mexicans I know/work with are always trying to get OT while the very few blacks I work with are always calling off and always turn down OT. And they’re always trying to get away with doing nothing at work. Also nobody prefers 70-80 hour work weeks, we’re just willing to do what we need to.

If you want things to improve in your community then maybe you should stop electing the same party to the positions that control that over and over again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

I was raised in a community that was diverse. I did not even hear of these things until the late 90s. Because around 1970 there was a understanding that a man was a man no matter there quote unquote race. There is one race a human race. And I grew up I a black culture listening to public enemy, NwA and ice t. And such artists. We did not say hey that's my music or your music it was what we were living at that time. Around 2001 things started to change and by 2008 it went sour fast. It's the fact people watch to much social media now days and stopped talking to each other. Now no one wants to be accountable. They want to say I'm oppressed or there racist or there bigots But that is not the case. All we need to do is let the government do politics and socially get more involved in our joint communities. We need to stop thinking on a physical level and look to who we are not what we are. There is no reason in the year 2024 that we can't look back at history and say let's not do that again. Let's just focus on being good people and know that through God all things are possible. But with our God they will divide us.remember the words of Bob Marley. "One love"

How can any of us think we will not have adversity and injustice when our perfect Lord was crucified by a lynch mob. He was the least deserving of such treatment. He voluntarily submitted to that to redeem us from our sins we cannot control the injustice we receive but we can control whether we are unjust to others.
