The lyrics and the awesome sounds strike me hard coz this is what happened to me. Years back i went rock bottom, lost my job, cant get a work in that place and I felt that " Is this the end for me?" And I cried days and nights and asked Jesus Christ for help, and it was me crying hard and praying and almost lost it, and then weeks went by and I felt Jesus' love and He comforted me and saved me and turned those heavy tears into "Something better" and I can't thank Him enough for that moment, and the rest of this journey Im forever grateful to the one who saves, and I'll be a living testimony of how faithful God is. Wow I FELT that. I have been through the pain of separation and loss. It truly breaks you to the core BUT JESUS absolutely does take all my pain and hurt and turn into into something better. I think the sweetest memories in my whole life were after fleeing domestic violence, being alone with just Jesus in our small new 1 bedroom apartment. Letting him live on me thru strangers and some close friends in my church and seeing Jesus bless me time and time again over and over again meeting all my needs and providing such sweet bright and intense fellowship with me. He has NEVER felt so close with me. I will never forget it. He healed my marriage and we reconciled praise God- but that time may be the SWEETEST CLOSEST REALEST time in my life spending it with Jesus morning noon and evening KNOWING my savior, my King LOVES me and loves dwelling with me. If anyone out there is suffering He is right there with you- let Him take all your pain and turn it into something better. He continues to bless me and I still give him my pain and sufferings to Him and trust Him that He always turns it into something beautiful. No matter what it is. I love Jesus.

Lord, please turn all my tears into "something better". I miss both of my parents every day. My mom died from Uterine Cancer (October-2012) My dad had a massive stroke (June-2014) My parents both met in the 9th grade, and they got married after my dad came home from Vietnam War in 1968. My oldest son dad died on Christmas 2006 My grandmom died May 2020 My family pet died June 2020 My oldest brother was murder on August 27, 2020(shot and killed in front his baby boy at 7-Eleven store) in Richmond, Virginia. In loving memory of my mother & father and my older brother. I’m still grieving your lost, every time I breathe.

I understand how you feel with your grief journey because I am also still there missing my mom that was my guardian all of my life since I was born at seven months in the early 1970’s. It was God’s miracle that I survived everything I endured as a very fragile baby that would have died very easily if it was not for God. She was my mom as well father, she was all I had in this world that meant everything to me. She died from her second battle with breast Cancer and it was killing me inside but I remained strong for her sake while she endured the pain and suffering of breast cancer. I did everything for her then by taking her to her oncology appointments to receive radiation and different types of chemo. I had lost my grandmother when I was 11 years old and I loved her and my mom unconditionally then years before my mom had passed away I lost an aunt that I loved very much and another aunt a year and some after my mom had died. My mom died in March of 2015. I continue to miss her, she is always on my thoughts. I still cry for her and I have never been a lonely in this world without her by my side. We lived together since I was born until she died being codependent on each other. God has been very merciful to me since I was born up until now and thanks only to God he comforted, consoled and healed much of my grief all of these years. We as his children have a purpose and reason for still being alive on this earth that is why we have not died yet. In this world we need to hold onto God for dear life because without Him present we are lost and always need Him and his help. Alone we cannot make it through this world but with God by our side we always can make it through enduring any pain and suffering in this life, thanks be only to God and His perfect and incomparable love for each of his children, 🙏🏻.
