Because the novel is much longer than the series, time is passing quickly. It takes several months to setup an art gallery so they are attempting to show the passage of time, but it doesn't really work. In the book, she is sleeping with Yui and she is kind of one of Anueng's more serious lovers, but she has several. In the series, they make seem like they are just friends and Anueng is using her which she is in both case, she is just using more of her in the novel. lol Anyone around Khun Nueng's age will think she is some older wiser person who has some idea of what she is doing, but being a lot older than her, I know the Khun Nueng is the real child in this relationship. Anueng acts about 10 years older than she is, but Khun Nueng it literally like a 16 year old girl and I am being generous.
