ٹھیک کہا، مگر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کچھ لوگوں کی گستاخی پر سزا کا اعلان بھی کیا اور کچھ کو سزا دی بھی گئی۔ اسکےلئے پورا ایک پراسس ہے، بغیر تحقیق اور ثبوت کے کسی کو سزا نہیں دی جاسکتی نہ ہی گستاخی کرنے پر چھوٹ دی جا سکتی ہے ورنہ وہی حال ہوگا جو عیسائیت اور ہندووزم کا ہوا ہے، لوگ مذاق بنا لینگے بزرگ ہستیوں کا اور حساس لوگ خود سزائیں دیں گے انہیں یا شرپسند اسک فائدہ اٹھائینگے۔ اس کے لئے حکومتوں کو سنجیدگی سے سوچنا ہوگا کہ کوئی گستخ بچ نہ سکے اور کوئی بے گناہ مارا نہ جاسکے۔

I was expecting a better debate on 295C, especially with a lawyer on the panel. yes, there should be law, but it's drafting can be better may be? The lawyer person should have described the exact words mentioned in 295C. This law has no regard for apology or mistakenly saying something. It definitely needs amendment. The death penalty should be for a person who is habitual of blasphemy, not for someone who accidentally says something and later apologizes.
