As a hijabi Indian Muslim working in the NHS in England, I was surprised when a Pakistani colleague complained about my hijab, leading our manager to ask me to remove it. However, after I explained my stance, the manager apologized. Whether it's an insecurity (an overused word I admit), or an animosity towards Islam, we do see this from 'Muslims'. I was once at a meeting in a corporate HQ office in London, and asked one our the Muslim guys of the host company if there was somewhere I could pray. He got very uncomfortable and insisted there was nowhere, and you could tell he didn't like the assumption that lay behind my asking him. Now, in all the offices I have been where I have asked for a space to prayer I have never had push back, and in actual fact the reaction has been one that made me feel it was as if Allah was opening the doors for me. On that occasion I asked the senior manager (and Anglo-Indian/Hindu, nice chap) and he sorted a space out for me immensely and was very respectful. I have heard that is a lot of Pakistani, Turkish and Egyptian companies, such religiosity in the work place is strongly discouraged because they have this idea it will impact their standing with their western clients. Actually in the case of Turkish and Egyptian companies the reasons are probably a plain dislike of Islam. Maasha Allah, may Allah keep on the path you are on sister, and may Allah give you the strength and respect for your love of the deen.

Short answer: Yes they're disbelievers regardless of whether they pray like hanafis, regardless of whether they perform Umrah and regardless of whether they send funds to Palestine. They believe mirza ghulam is a Prophet, wahi pe woh log dusra religion start karchuke hai. Either they leave mirza Ghulam, say the Shadah and follow the Salaf, or they stop calling themselves muslim. Muslims cannot allow the deen to be corrupted; it is a duty for those who can to intellectually challenge both insidious and obvious charlatans like Mirza Qadiani and his followers. It should be the scholars who do this. To common people, the deception of the Qadiani is obvious, and engaging with them in crooked circular argumentation is what they want.
