Blast from the Past!

It is, this is the one I brought to Winfield in 2019. The design was inspired by what I learned about regular dulcimers (and guitars and things): they use harder woods on the back and sides, with a softer, more resonate wood on the top, to push air in and out of the box. So I used cardboard on the back and sides, with styrofoam on top, supposing that styrofoam would vibrate more than cardboard. Seems to work well enough because it sounds roughly like a regular dulcimer. Yes I am married:)
