The 1-Arm Cable Row with Rotation helps us train shoulder and t-spine mobility as well as scapular strength and stability, two key players in all Blast scores and metrics. The exercise should be performed for 2 sets of 10 repetitions per side and is helpful used improving metrics in all the Blast categories.
With the t-spine and shoulders being a big part of proper sequencing up the kinematic chain, making sure that you have adequate mobility, strength, and stability is a big part of being successful at the plate.
