I Built a 200cc yamaha blaster 6 speed shifter drag scooter. With the mods I'm running this thing is packing around 20HP+ on a super light scooter frame. 34hp can easily be achieved with Vito's big bore kit. DId the cops stop us? Stay tuned

Man tbe scoot is crazy lol... I love it..! If your serious on a big bore kit for may I make a suggestion or two..? Ive built a couple Blaster race quads with excellent success. My last one on the dyno I hit 42+ horse at the rear wheels... Worked out to about 65 at the crank... Heres a list of what I did... Vitos 240 kit Fat basturd pipe Nology coil Advance timing 4 degrees 38mm flat slide carb 3/8 read spacer Tourqe Reeds Klotz R50 oli Thats the short list lol... 2 strokes are super easy to make power with... The 240 kit comes as a simple bolt on kit but you can improve on it alot by simply polishing the ports etc... I did extensive work on mine. I took it to what I would I call a stage 4 build. I would also recommend shaving the head about 5 thousands use a high compression gasket and mill the piston if needed for proper clearance of the plug. You can also sent the head out to have the combustion chamber tweaked. The head will hold about 192# of compression - mine was 189 with a fresh top end... Any hoot have fun be careful and put a taller tire on back lol.

That thing should be scary fast...Especially since it weighs so little. I have a 265cc Blaster that was pretty hectic to ride...it was damn near impossible to keep the front wheels down especially with such a short wheelbase. What you've got is pretty badass...I love the sound of that 2stroke

I think its a little lean, the ding ding ding di ding ding it does when you let off the throttle is a low fuel in the carb issue. That angle on the carb probably has the bowl half empty, that can blow them up pretty easily.

Exactly, i don't get it why do so many people not understand this, having it rich but still idling would just make it not rev properly on the first full acceleration, it makes a temporary "rev-limiter". Having it lean causes it to bog when pulling the throttle quickly

You can bleed the hydro setup. U just have to pump the handle like 300-500x till it builds pressure It takes awhile or you can leave bleeder open for hours will gravity bleed itself. Just make sure reservoir dont run out of fluid when bleeder open

That thing is awesome and hooks, i would add limiters to the steering before you get hurt you don't need that much steering angle. Otherwise with upcoming additions think will be great and enjoy the builds :) keep it up

You can knock that noise way down, but you'd have to build a box muffler to fit over the back tire area. 2 strokes can be quiet, but just like cars it takes a serious muffler. Anyway, awesome little scooter.

Oh yes. That is so cool. You can install those small battery operated bicycle lights in the front and rear so people can see your scooter. My bicycle lights are switched on whenever I go for a ride night time or day time it is for safety. Maybe you can install a silencer muffler to ride in your neighbourhood. I have same problems with cops the neighbours reported my family so now I know who my friends are.

My dad and I built something similar 20 years ago and I kept the bicycle wheels on which twisted up, the frame bottomed out constantly and if you turned sharply left you would be riding on the rear disc. But it was crazy fast

It’s a awesome scooter you need a muffler on it and you can make like 25 without any upgrades because if you have some back pressure it keeps the fuel and air in the cylinder better so you can get a bigger explosion

how to run a jet ski motor into a road vehicle, cut the outside except part where motor mounts are at, thiss way you keep the whole motor intact, just have a steel shop or buy the steel drive wheels for the shaft to be then added to the wheel bars . More info, let me know.

You should get a motorcycle jacket with elbow, back, and shoulder armor and wear it when you do stuff like this. You can get a decent one for about 100 bucks. Motorcycle specific boots and gloves will go a long way for protection in a crash too. Seems like you would learn after your big wreck! I tried to warn you before that too. 🤷‍♂️
