Ride the MF like it’s stolen!! Good deal on the bike. Smokes alot sometimes means crank seals are bad. Hopefully just rich mix of gas. Enjoy!!

Nice job, man! 2 strokes never die! Just a tip for your alloy welding : don't cut the parts with the grinder, use a saw. Those discs pollute the weldingby leaving particles inside. Tig doesn't like it. You 'll improve drastically your welding. Try that and let me know. For me, that was from middle age to total recall ;). Thanks for your video!

Best engine yamaha produced i think. Had it the rd/rz street bike series since 83 i believe. Not sure the gearing on the banshee but those rz 350cc would do about a 12 second quarter mile dead stock.

Nice build but I have one suggestion for you. When welding on anything...... Always keep your ground on the base material or clamped to a grounded table. Clamping it on the brake rotor means all your current will be flowing through your bearings.In a ideal bearing situation there should always be a microscopic film of non conductive grease. You have effectively created many pits on your races and rotors. Chances are you will be fine. Just something to be mindfull of when doing these fun and amazing builds.

When welding a shaft together you can use two pieces of 3/4 in angle to sandwich on top and bottom. Tack then rotate angles 90 degrees and repeat. I have some vice grip chain clamps that wrap around that work best but for one time, any clamp can work. Enjoyed watching your video. Thanks,
