In hindsight it was kinda expected tho. He was one of the best igl in cis, played with and developed s1mple and electronic, brought the f3 team to major playoffs... Probably just igl thing or org thing, if you are not IGLing for a big org you wont get any attention. Now he is basically the heart and soul of Navi and people finally paid attention to him

Love s1mple talks about being the best player means constantly changing your gameplay and keep the enemy guessing since they will prepared and review his vods extensively to counter him. Which also means preparation alone won't be enough to beat s1mple, you have to bring in superstars to match his skill in order to beat him.

Sometimes it seems like casters and other people from tournaments organization doesn't like ZywOo or simply underrate him before s1mple. Man, ZywOo dominated the game for two year (2019 and 2020) in a row. He had better number than s1mple with a worst team. In 2021, was not a great year to him, but even that, he had great numbers than anyone else but s1mple. I can't understand why casters and fans continue to underrate this guy.

It's because s1mple was still there in those years, he beat him for the number one spot by a tiny margin. Also, vitality absolutely was a better team overall in those years than navi. Whereas s1mple was clearly the best player in the years where he won it, i.e 2018,2021 and this year

@@samwalker4142 Vitality was a better team? Tell me a top 7 player who played in Vitality before Magisk? S1mple always had electronic on your side, which has been in top 7 in HLTV ranking since 2018. Before Magisk, ZywOo never had a teammate in this level, he always carried the Vitality alone. Until 2021 HLTV Top 20 players, none of ZywOo teammates appeared there, while s1mple had two teammates in that ranking: b1t and electronic S1mple is great. For me, he vs zywoo in CS is like Cristiano Ronaldo vs Messi in Soccer on their prime, but I would never agree that s1mple had a worst team than ZywOo in 2019 and 2020 and I will never understand why casters and analysts always underrate ZywOo before him.
