I think Sykkuno should have gone for Shining Flare Wingman he would have had enough ATK to run over most of the defense position monsters if not for the traps. I do respect the tempest play though it's quite tough to be in that situation. Ideally you get both out but they wasn't a way this time.

Why didnt he use Miracle Fusion to summon Plasma Vice, He had Sparkman in his graveyard and with vice's ability he would have destroyed the set monster. Oh wait nevermind, that only works on ATTACK Position Monsters

blau did the correct order. If he activates stronghold guardian first then the trap, the trap would resolve first and then stronghold guardian kicks in which the 1500 DEF will not be doubled.

the way chains work in yugioh, the last card played gets activated first so he had to do trap and then monster effect to get max damage.
