The camera is ok but the wiring provided in the pack is only for rear, for the front its impossible to penetrate the rca plug through firewall rubber gromet properly for any car, you have to cut the rca wire in half and route it...absolutely not recommended for front use unless you need different wiring cable.

I already installed OEM rear camera in my FRONX delta plus in the stock android unit. Now i want to know if this dh3.1 will be supported by the stock android unit? Is there any extra accesories like RCA 2 way signal adapter necessary?

As explained by gentleman in the video , Dh3.1 supports sd (480px and below) and ahd (720 px) quality, you can cut the white wire to retain SD ,simply plug in and check if your android supports AHD , you may try android input settings as well.

Sony units are generally have SD picture quality so you need to cut the white wire.
