The grind will be less of the thing when there's more rich people. Good rich RP people tend to pay for a lot of things for other people and offer money for jobs. That makes the cycle of money more focused around RP but since there's no rich people everyone is grinding to be those rich people that can afford to give money away. Think this is why Blau's idea of white-listing certain people to start out rich would've been so good. Sometimes you need money to support RP so funny enough having everyone start with no money hurts RP.
