He honestly has a good point about Rae and being a really good RP streamer. Not only does she really care about the entertainment of the audience, but she just does so much it’s mind-boggling. Even when so many classic streamers stopped for a while because of burn-out and whatnot, she kept going and made some really good freaking RP.

@@EuTimingKebun deserves it overall for his commitment to rp in no pixel all these years but the chatterbox/rae rp this year have been way more superior this year therefore it should go to them. This is pure storyline mixed in between grinding content too. It’s a shame that kebun has not won prior years or been nominated.

i mean yesterdays rp would have been better if the clowns didnt force it to happen so quickly because they were scared rae wouldnt interact with them anymore. he knows rae doesnt want the burden of being the reason someone permas their character and that she loves hanging out with the clowns so him doing what he did yesterday with his character rubbed me the wrong way. also having her choose him or kill his character off also rubbed me the wrong way its in a way forcing rp and interactions only with him and the clowns.

Did ray mond and chatterbox not threaten to kill each other if one leaves in your eyes? Like what is the point in making those statements if they dont follow through with it? Chatterbox did not want to kill Ray so he gave her the option to kill him instead. These are the ic reasons. Ooc, chatterbox did not want to perma but that one was considered for immersion. Rae being busy with Elden Ring will also kill the story's momentum and not be as impactful in my opinion. look at what happened to the supposed Ray and Gigi feud, did not have as much impact because Rae is irl busy. Clowns scared Rae would not interact with them anymore? Huh? Is it not better to prolong the story so that there will be more interactions in the future? Chatterbox dying will severe her connections with the clowns but does not mean she cant interact with them. Is it not obvious that Ray wants to fully commit being the clown queen? Rae wanted the split personality longer and that could still make sense if she wants to. Her probably not going through CG arc is CG's fault for lying to her. Imagine CG making her believe that she is sleeping with the enemy's leader to destroy them from the inside.

Valkyrae is willingly doing that. Respect for the clowns for grabbing the opportunity and doing everything they can to grow as streamers. It can only strike once so why not milk it. Valkyrae also started as a small streamer and grabbed every opportunity that came her way. Look at her now

Valkyrae is a believer of the quote “A rising tide lifts all boats”. It’s a two way street, she’s learned so much from these veteran rpers, so helping them become more successful by raiding them and giving them more exposure is her way of giving back.

Jagger needs to take more credit for his RP. I think Ray M and Chatterbox works so well because the streamers behind them put a lot of thought and effort into making sht happen. The acting and improv is insane! NEITHER of them ever thought their characters would get this far but their characters mesh so well together. I’ve been so grateful for this ride! It’s like a TV show!

In my head, I definitely see Chatterbox changing. However, because of how deep his love runs for Cups, I definitely think he will always remember her and love her no matter what their personalities are. That’s just me, though, and I definitely love and respect what the streamers do. It’s always an awesome choice, and I love watching it.

Aly is right! Jagger is such a great role player! Jagger and Rae both have great chemistry and talent for these arcs! Either Rae or Jagger deserve RP'er of the year. Hands down. No third choice. If I had to pick between them though... It would be so hard... I'd lean towards Jagger purely because he roleplays more often than Rae and he's kept this character going for longer and set up this frame for other characters like Rae, Ellum, Thio, Twinkles, KGU, etc to build off of. However, in RP talent, they're the same... Both of them are far too humble in their own rights. They pull each other higher and higher because they are both competitive and passionate about their entertainment. They keep setting new bars that the other pushes to cross. It is incredibly rare you find that level of chemistry between two individuals that meet randomly and don't discuss it! It blows my mind every day that this is all improv! If Jagger's claim of "She's driving" is true, then he's the engine that powers her plans. If she's those seeds of content, Jagger's the soil and nutrients that's letting it grow. They built this TOGETHER. They're going places TOGETHER. Without the other, they would not be as effective. They need to take their credit that's deserved!

As someone whose been a part of role play in many different forms; forum rp, discord, mmo, table top games, etc. The entirety of the chattercups arc has been some of the most intriguing and genuinely well done RPs I've ever seen. Everyone's committed to the story, even if it means potentially catastrophic results for the character. It's been wonderful to watch these past few months.

Without them perfecting matching each other energy we wouldn't have months and months of amazing content, and these last couple of days have been an emontional roller-coaster. The emontions that they put behind their characters were amazing. If this was a movie, they would've won an Oscar nomination. They both deserve some type of award.

My headcanon for the end of the arc: Ray Mond regains her memories and marries Chatterbox. Ray Mond finally understands that CG does not love her, they treat her like a gang member and that's as deep as it goes. Ray Mond's eyes open to "Project for the boys" and she realizes that the clowns love her more and will have her back. The clowns all regain their personalities back.

We would all love to see this happen. The clowns and rae mesh so well together. Like she fit in with cg a little. But with the clowns she is able to be more free (in my opinion) and can bounce off any situation the clowns give her. Something tells me we won't get the ending we want... so many possibilities.

Watching the Chattercups arc is what finally got me into GTARP. It spoiled me too. I love how the vibe of 4.0 is starting to become growth. Like characters are changing and growing instead of being stagnant. Absolutely LOVE seeing character progression. It's the best part of RP as a concept. Watching the character you love grow.

If he changed Chatterbox character then he wont be the same person Ray fall inlove with. So it makes no sense for Ray to get back together with him if he changed. She falls inlove with a Clown who is super funny. I remember how she doesn't like Chatterbox new self when he woke up from icu previously and he had to change back for her. Ray never change, she is just the broken version of herself he met at the start

You're right that she fell in love with Chatty as he was and as he grew into a better person. However, she did change. She became more of who she really is: a clown--a clown who just happens to be a gang member. Her whole demeanor brightened after the auction and hanging out with the clowns. Being with the clowns lifted her up, gave her confidence, gave her purpose and gave her a family who would do anything for her. You are correct, though, there is one thing that didn't change about Ray Mond. She still feels the need to make people (CG and the clowns) proud of her, to be useful, and to belong.

What could be interesting is that after all the events Ray Mond starts doubting the CG side of things on her own while Chatterbox wakes up now forgetting he is Chatterbox and is just himself, Jagger. And from this he ends up looking for a gang to join and it is CG. Meanwhile without knowing he will be showing Ray Mond what is bad about the CG side of things and deep inside Ray Mond misses something. She doesn't realize that it's Cups missing the old Chatterbox. After a good amount of RP and a possibility could be that a war does start between CG and the clowns. With the clowns being leaderless they could get desperate to the point of looking for assistance from one they used to call Bon Bon. Bon Bon rejoins the clowns and the war ends up in an ICU of three characters. Bon Bon, Twinkles and Chatterbox. To the point that Ray Mond finally ends up remembering everything that has happened and is missing chatterbox, that a good friend twinkles is also on the verge, while also hearing from the rest of the clowns that Bon Bon actually stood up for them and he has his redemption with even having ray mond saying that she kinda felt something deep inside for bon bon and didn't know it. Which would make things interesting, Chatterbox the fiancé, Twinkles the one that likes her and Bon Bon the one that caught her interest. But one has to Perma at the end. In the end one could think Chatter survives and it ends with a happy ending for them. Another could be that the issues with bon bon and the clowns clear up and he goes back to being one of them, twinkles goes back to being Eugene out of depression because Chatter ends up perma. Many ways this can go.

He rolled for it on screen. It's been something he's had set in place--his perma conditions. And, if not for Jagger giving chat the chance to choose the number and if not for chat saying 17, that roll would have made him perma. It was a series of decisions--some based on chance and some based on choice. When he says he was sweating about getting so close to perma'ing, he was telling the truth. Everyone in chat was there sweating with him. Jagger was fully committed to do whatever the dice roll decided. That takes guts and it makes for compelling storytelling and RP.

@@abbas4604 If there's one thing I've learned from watching his streams is that he indeed would have, 100%. He wasn't baiting. He wasn't drama farming. He would have followed through. Luckily, things worked out and he didn't have to. And this wasn't the end of the death rolls. Jagger said that after these two close calls, he wouldn't perma roll for a long while (I'm paraphrasing). However, he still has another perma condition--at least afaik it's just one more. I gathered, from watching his streams, the perma roll thing has been on the table for quite some time. So it is what it is.
