I cringe when us AA's say that "America is our home, our ancestors put blood sweat and tears into building this nation." I cringe because we built this nation by FORCE to better the lives of our enslavers. We didn't build it willingly to make the AA's life better. We fought in the civil war for freedom from our oppressors, not because we loved America so dearly. Our true home is Africa. Instead of trying to make this country better, we should give rise to a powerful African nation and become one of the super powers in the world; we have the mind to do it.

So I’m a Ghanain 🇬🇭based in New York and this is all BS making it sound like Africa is the only continent that is having problems If anyone decides to move from where they’ve dwell for a hundreds of years To settle in another they’re bound to face some difficulties in adjusting But let’s not forget the whole point of relocating anyway Soul searching to face the unknown but to find peace of mind (like who u really are) America is a country with All cultures Nobody complains when other culture decides to go back to their ancestral homes to find them selves So why do people get so uncomfortable when blacks decide to go back to Africa for similar reasons I mean where else should they go to search their identity India? Because that’s the Elephant in the room that we don’t talk about Some people are like oh I’m Irish but my family came here (USA)centuries ago so of course I’ll love to visit Ireland but I’m American and will never move to Ireland Well the difference is your ancestors came into the country willing so theye have records of where at least their coming from what their names were and leaved freely practicing who they are ( culture )and etc So there’s all sorts of information that they will install in you that a descendant of a slave wouldn’t get So u can’t feel the same about identity status cause one of u knows exactly where their from and the other don’t Let’s stop all this Drama and accept Any body coming back home because it’s a human right After all if we’ve accepted white people Arabs Indians and the list go on to move to Africa and leave comfortable through the centuries I don’t see why we can’t accept or show Blacks the same courtesy Peace ❤️

And if you are lucky to have gotten the perfect location, you can use your house as a guest house, rent it out to tourists etc...make mpre money, or sell it , buy or build another, you can actually make the type of money ,that many AA will never see while in American, tax doesn't even eat all your money as in the US, ...most American would die in debt and depression,, I never knew depression existed until I moved to Europe..,I didn't have a perfect life in Africa, even when power went off, but not once have I ever felt depressed ... but truth is all Africans need is capital, give a smart African some capital in few years on that continent , he a millionaire..I have seen it happen in my family..

Kratom connoisseur not entirely true especially when they coming from Hollywood and usually are exaggerated. When I say media I'm talking about movies because the local news aren't seen around the world maybe some exposure through social media but not that much. Im talking about the gangs, thugs and drug dealers rap partly to blame for some of it too the focus seems to be more on that poorly educated percentage of black people when that's all the rest of the world see of you then that's all they'll have to go on hence prejudice. Not every black people that listen to rap partake in the life style or gang/drugs that's all I saying.

Stop believing that bs we’re being told by the one who enslaves us. I’ve gone there my dad was even born in Uganda as an African American and he loved growing up there but left at 9 for London. Just visit to make relations. When I go with my dad everyone asks where his squad is at because they’ve only seen two or three in a decade but all the Europeans and Asians visit yearly.

Points to consider before moving... Poor roads. Poor electricity. Tribal and religious differences. This is a serious problem. Worse than black/white issue in America. No anti-discrimination laws. High cost of living in urban areas. If you become a dual citizen, you still pay US income taxes. Health care is not very good. Broadband internet is expensive. No youtube videos for you. Owning a car is a luxury. Poor security, and the highbrow areas are not cheap. Rent is usually paid one year at a time, not monthly. High unemployment rate. Massive bureaucracy and demand for bribes. On the positive side, if you can establish and successfully run a big business, the reward can be huge, and you will face less competition compared to America.

Richard, I have a similar opinion. I'm a female African American and recently spoke with a female bank teller from Ghana. We discussed my educational credentials which are in psychology at the masters level. However, Africa doesn't have psychologists. In fact, Africa doesn't have half of our amenities (i.e., jobs, income, housing, food supply, facilities, transportation, education, services, insurances, conveniences, appliances, government aid, benefits, comforts and advantages). We belong in the U.S. African Americans helped to make it great. We are Americans who are African DESCENDANTS. President Akuto Addo needs the U.S. military in Ghana to help Africa stave-off China in exchange for easy visas for African Americans who want to leave the United States. The United States is our home/county. We have a powerful history and presence in the U.S. Our lives are easy compared to Africans. Therefore, thanks Ghana President Akuto Addo, but no thanks. I'm staying in the U.S.

I think there's no problem at all for the African-Americans to move to Africa, they are welcome. But there's a huge problem about the African-Americans running away and leaving a country that they have been building for 100s of years now . They should continue the fight till the end to get back what's been stolen from them . They should instead build a cultural and a business bridge between the African countries and the African-Americans communities in the U.S.A with the expectations of strengthening the African-Americans' economy. The African-Americans should invest in better induction through africa . They are the luckiest on Earth, because they are from two. continents

AfricanAmericans, if you have real money, like American Gangster money you need to invest that money in the caribbean. I had a coworker who said that in the 80s Miami was built by dictators money and drug money. Now Miami is a mecca in tourism. If you put investments in places like Jamaica, Guyana, Haiti, Belize you can live as free and safe like youre looking for. But you got to have an entreupreneur type spirit, you have to carry that same expectation the you need to be twice as qualified as a caucasian to get the job because there is no job in those places, you have to build that sewage sytem, that wastewater plant, the water treatment plant, the electrical grid. But paradise is only a 2 to 5 hour flight. Bring black money, create black banks, create credits, create a system, lease land to build farms, bring organic stuffs back to the hood, build roach motels in ur neighborhood to compete against the central Asians and South Asians. Last month i went to baltimore, i went to hip hop chicken and i was surprised who was running this thing in the middle of baltimore, it would be like a black american going to Bagdad and selling whatever the local food is to bagdad. So the people in America with black money need to invest that money there. Take your kids out of the cesspool of inner city and send them to boarding school in kingston. I heard Jamaica got a good school system. Also have your kids learn Portuguese when they still young because brazil got more people with African descent than any other place in this continent(American Hemisphere)

Mike Raymond im talking about the big bosses, not the common thugs. I read the Frank Lucas book and back when this guy was big, he had real estate and money worth about five hundred million dollars. That money in 1976 would build textile factories, shoe factories, supermarkets. Farms.
@ubuntumike57946 жыл бұрын
Ernst Constant ok I see what you mean yeah having black millionaires investing in the continent would definitely improve the quality their, even those making over 100k a year as long it's a productive investment it would help. If the infrastructure in some African countries could improve it would help bring in these people we talking about. Like decent banks and security low crime rates and such. Do you think people in the continent even think about things like that? I know getting food is the priority in poor places, but it would help start the movement if people in the continent start laying the ground work you know.

Why would I leave home where I have SOMEWHAT of a support system to move somewhere else where I have NOTHING? Here where I am, at least I know I have a bit of help if I hit hard times and have to move back in and LIVE WITH MY PARENTS, if I just picked up and move somewhere else because it APPEARS that there are more opportunities there and I end up hitting hard times, i'll end up another HOMELESS VETERAN.
