@@klalbritton that’s not true. The education in this country have shifted into a narrative of “we are a racist country”. “ we stole land” etc……. The truth is somewhere in the middle. Yes our country has committed plenty of crimes, but we remain a symbol of freedom and a beacon of opportunity for everybody in this country because everyone’s equal. Socialism and communism do not have any examples of being successful and have many examples of being oppressive and murderous. As far as United States and our tolerance and acceptance of other people. Well our culture still is a gold standard in which the world measures everything by is our finest representative if you look at our sports and arts and music we are representative of our people. we are not a racist country. We are not a sexist country and we tolerate all gender identities and whether you’re gay straight, there’s a place for you in America. And the final narrative is that we live on stolen land. Plenty examples of treaties being signed Native Americans and the colonists. There are also examples of the Native Americans recruiting the colonists to help fight against other tribes Because the tribes were very genocidal toward each other. Furthermore, if you look at history, people settled on parts of the world That’s what people did they moved from place to place. Should the Ottomans give the Romans back their land in Constantinople? Should the Muslims give all the land that they colonized throughout the different caliphates? (they also had the largest slave trade operation in history )What about the Mongols? What about all the powerful African empires? They all gained land through different means. That’s the way of the world. Sorry, but no group of people is any worse or any better than another

As a King’s Counsel who has been practising law for over 45 years, it was interesting to hear Noura Erakat speak about the reality of law serving power and not necessarily justice. Shakespeare has King Lear comment about the double standards in the speech about ‘robed and furred gowns hide all’. Noura Erakat is aware of her cynicism and uses it constructively to use law strategically in the cause of justice. A clear-eyed approach, which requires looking beyond ideological narratives to achieve moral imperatives. A valuable contribution.

Why do Muslims and others label Israelites 🇮🇱 as *ZIONISTS/OCCUPIERS* when the *regathering* of the Jews in 1948 to the land [originally belonging to the Cannanites but given to them (from the Euphrates river to the Medt sea) by God] is foretold in the prophetic book of Ezekiel and over a thousand years later the Qur'an repeats the Ezekiel prophecy? Is this not *ZIONISM?* Already, part of the biblical prophecy of Ezekiel (38:8) has been fulfilled with stunning accuracy! (the prophecy about "future years" when "a land whose people were *regathered* from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had been a continual wasteland") This is present Israel which the Jews have returned to over 2000 years after the scattering from Israel as a result of the Babylonian exile (597 BC) and the conquest of Jerusalem in AD 70 by the Roman prince, Titus. Even the Qur'an (QS17:104) of the 7th century god of the Muslims, copies previous scripture by saying: 'And We said after (it was all over with Pharaoh), to the Children of Israel, ‘Settle down occupying the (promised) land (of Cannan). When the time of fulfillment of the second Prophecy comes, We shall bring you back *gathering you* (from various lands).’ Do you see that Allah of the Muslims is a Zi0n1st too? In the Torah of Moses, the God of the Israelites said "Even if you have been banished to the most distant land under the heavens, from there the Lord your God will *gather you* and bring you back. [5] He will bring you to the land that belonged to your ancestors..." Deuteronomy 30:4-5 Zionism is the *gathering* of the children of Israel from the nations! The land belongs to the Jews! The so-called Palestinian "resistance" is in fact a rebellion against the will of the true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

The JEW🇮🇱 and MUSLIM ☪️ dispute originates from the Muslims' _claim_ to be the *CHOSEN ONES,* replacing the Israelites who were once chosen by the "same" God... This is because the Jew-Muslim dispute exists before the buzz words "Zi0nists", "0ccupiers", "75 years" or "gen0cide". Did you know that? The Jew-Muslim dispute is as old as QS 9:29, QS 98:6 ("worst of all creatures") and Sahih 2.9.2.2 (DJew will hide behind a r0ck).. In fact, before 1948, it is the DJews who were vict1ms of pr0gr0ms by the Muslims. But is Allah of the Qur’an who chose the Muslims really the same historical God who chose the Jews, *ENTERS CREATION,* gave the Jews the *everlasting covenant of land* (Genesis 15, 17 and Psalms 105:6-11) and has been historically worshipped by the Israelites for over 3500 years? If you say yes he is [and Allah says he is (QS 29:46)], is Allah the historical God who *entered creation* as the *MALACHI HASHEM* /Angel of the Lord (a THE0PHANY or form which God uses to enter creation) and appeared to Abraham (Genesis 18:1-13) and to Moses (Exodus 3:1-6)? In the Torah, was it Allah of the Muslims who instructed Moses: 'And Hashem (the Almighty God) spoke unto Moshe (Moses), saying, "And let them [Israelites] make Me a *Mikdash* (House/Sanctuary); that I may *dwell* among them.' (Hebrew Bible Exodus 25:8). Was this Allah of the Muslims? No! Was it the *GLORY* (Shekinah/kavod) of Allah of the Muslims which entered creation and filled the tabernacle of Moses in Exodus 40?: 'Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the *glory of the Lord* filled the tabernacle. Moses could not enter the tent of meeting because the cloud had settled on it, and the *glory of the Lord* filled the tabernacle.' (Exodus 40:34). The glory of God also enters creation and fills the temple of Solomon (2 Chronicles 7). All the Prophets knew about this attribute of God. Is this Allah of the Qur’an? No. Why then does Allah dece1ve beloved Muslims by claiming to be who he is not? As Muslims will agree, this was not Allah of the Qur’an. Allah, the god of Muhammad, is *ANOTHER* god, a 4lse god. Allah is an _imitation_ (a counterfeit/clone) of the true God who enters creation. Allah is prophesied in Isaiah 14:12-14 as the deceiver who would come to claim to be the monotheistic Most High of the previous scriptures! Israelites are the *CHOSEN* of the true historical God who entered creation and dwelt amongst them. Muslims are the chosen, not of the same God, but of *ANOTHER* god, a 4lse 7th century _imitation_ who does not enter creation, and has no history whatsoever before the 7th century outside the Qur'an. Fact! Where? The true God is coming to save the Israelites at the end of the age (Zechariah 12 and 14), not destroy them! People will perish because of lack of knowledge! Blessings.

@@TheWatchmanWebsite There are huge misunderstanding there, which steams from the different way Muslim and Xtians see prophecies in general. Please bear with me, I'll try my best to explain as a Muslim. 1. Muslim believe God's prophecy will happen regardless our effort. It will happen one way or another because God's has decreed it'll happen, NOT because we're trying to make it happen. No human can delay nor quicken it from the decreed time. 2. Prophecy is NOT something to support. It is merely a foretold event of whats going to happen in the future so we can prepare ourselves....also served as reminder of the truthfulness of God's message. Some prophecies are bad, some are good, some are neutral. For example, Dajjal or the Antichrist was also prophecied. So were gog and magog. That doesn't mean we should support them, let alone trying to make them come, even if they should come before Jesus. Muslims dont see it as "requirement list" to fulfill before Jesus can come. If anything, we believe purposedly trying to fulfill a prophecy is a sign of misguidance. 3. Muslim believe that EVERYTHING, good or bad, big or small, only happens by God's will. So something being God's will does not mean we should support that thing. It only means we should accept it as part of God's plan and focus on how to deal with it in a manner that is loved by God, as opposed to blaming God for the bad thing that is happening. Accepting something bad as part of God's decree doesnt mean we should not do anything to fight or change it. If anything it is our duty to change it. Fighting injustice and opression is obligation in Islam, despite them being God's decree. 4. Now about the ju. Considering all the above, u should now get different picture on how we see them. We dont judge them based on their label, because their label is not what makes them good or bad. We judge them based on their deeds. The verse you quote above is only partial quote. U left the part where God mentioned they will be extremely arrogant. And that if they do good, that is for their own goodness. And that if they transgress God will also punish them again. U also miss the prophecy in a hadith that says many of them will be the follower of antichrist. Note: that the chosen in Islam is not understood the same way xtian understand it. But that should be discussion for another day.

Are *ISRAELI* 🇮🇱 Jews all from *EUROPE* (Askhenazi Jews)? No! Besides the Jews ("Palestinian Jews") who were already living on the land of Israel (going by the colonial construct called "Palestine") before 1948, the Israelites who are regathered in Israel today are also *(Mizrahi Jews)* gathered from Arab nations in the East (after suffering Aparth8d there) like Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iran, Yemen and Turkey and those from Africa *(Sephardi Jews)* like Morocco, Algeria,Tunisia, Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia. Do they also have European DNA?? Truth-seeking Muslims should refuse to believe the falsehood that all Israelites are from Europe, as this is deliberately used to invent the false narrative of Jews as "European colonialist"! Ironically it is Islam that is one of the biggest projects of colonialism in history, yet is now accusing Israelites of colonising their land of inheritance!] Wow! It is when the Jews are regathered to their land that Bible prophecy says Israel will be invaded by the *Gog/Antichrist* alliance nations (Ezekiel 38-39, Psalms 83, Zechariah 12 and 14 and Revelation 12). The true God will intervene on the side of Israel.

The truth is so hurtful many may not survive it. It is incredibly difficult to be a 4th generation American, 60 years old - under decades of intense "Americana" indoctrination to suddenly be thrust out from the fog and into harsh reality. The despair is too much, the gravity of recognizing how utterly deceived and manipulated we have all been. I am on the verge of breakdown.

I am sorry that you have to go through this. You are the kind of person that I have always felt sorry for, because you "did everything right" and yet your world is crumbling around you. I am a 60s San Francisco hippy, so I got my eyes opened a long time ago. It was easier then. You are experiencing cognitive dissonance, a very painful state caused by having incontrovertible facts colliding with your deep belief system. Hang in there, please. We are cheering for you.

@@susanmercurio1060 I appreciate your words, Susan. I certainly didn't do 'everything right'. Not even close. I was raised in a staunch conservative household which was especially rigid and judgmental. Growing up we weren't allowed to have opinions that may have differed from that of our parents. And that went beyond politics. Grateful I changed all of that with my own children.

Why are United States (US) citizens, racists, capitalistic, and accepting of settler colonialism? True to its history, that is the result of the socialization process of US citizens. The US today is supporting the genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine against international law. The US today has maintained, for over 60 years, the illegal economic blockade against Cuba, despite 97% of the international community being opposed to it. The US today has maintained Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 127 years, despite 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. These three examples constitute crimes against humanity, and thus the world considers the so-called “champion of democracy” to be the biggest threat to peace. That is the reason why the US today is isolated and a rogue state! Socialized into isolation!

As she said, you can’t understand global Imperial Colonialism without understanding its impact outside of the USA. BUT ALSO COUNTRIES CANNOT FULLY REJECT THE GLOBAL IMPERIAL AGENDA WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE BLACK AMERICAN EXPERIENCE. When Black Americans say it DOES matter who you vote for, it’s because we’ve been at this fight within the Imperial center, within the Imperial walls for 400 years and we understand that sometimes as an ally the mission at the specific moment isn’t to break everything and tear everything down. Sometimes as allies we have to damage control because when things fall down, they tend to fall on the MOST VULNERABLE. It’s slightly patronizing to assume we havent thought about ripping the band aid off. Unfortunately ripping the band aid off could mean eliminating our existence, or simply forfeiting any marginal progress in the name of a moral protest vote that functionally has a higher likelihood of harming our ally than helping them.
@JohnZornAscended5 күн бұрын

I love this woman and I feel proud to be represented by her(As an Arab man)! Although I'm Tunisian and we don't consider ourselves 100% Arabs, yet, these people, the Levantines feel the closest to us. We deep down still weep for the Carthaginian genocide we were subjected to by the Romans (2100 years ago) and we deep down consider Gaza (and Al-Kuds) to be as sacred to us as Carthage was to our ancestors. Carthage that was founded by a Levantine woman named Alissa (Dido), after Tyre fell to the Assyrians. Our people suffered a lot and we still suffer to this day. We are looked down upon as if we never been part of civilization, as if they didn't know us, and didn't learn from us and didn't fight and made peace with us numerous times throughout History. The west has gone awry, this messianic, supremacist, genocidal streak, will haunt you to the end of times. There is no going back after this! we will never forget the evil you unleashed on us, we will tell our children and we will tell God!

4:09 That’s the question. Who are these people? The number of people that wants this to happen, does not compare to the number of people that do not want this to happen. And it’s happening anyway. We have to question the mechanisms of power and how that power is used. What happened to Noblesse oblige : the obligation of those who possess great power? Those who possess power must decide to use that power to harm or protect the weak. Unfortunately, in our current culture, the ones with power only use that power to protect the powerful and harm the weak.

I agree with the Lady. It is genocide. The videos of the slaughter of children reminded me of Viet Nam videos and photos. I can not stop seeing them. And I shouldn't. And yes, it takes great courage to speak out. I live in a small town, Mainly professionals and comfortable retirees. Nice people. Nice town. I have thought many times while walking my dog, "If I never knew what is going on outside my town, life would be ideal for an old man like me." I think many educated people kinda know, but the socialization and propaganda are intense. And what nation does have clean hands? Lots of violence on the planet. The US is complicit. And so are many other nations. It would be a mistake to describe all Americans as guilty...but maybe that is how history works. I am especially disappointed in my generation. We old ones are leaving a real mess for the young. And please, recognize how religion is used by all sides. There are no chosen people, but everyone claims that god is on their side. Religion is mythical literature and propaganda, nothing more.
