It was about 10 years ago that I started getting the feeling to visit a country in Africa, at the time i wasn't too knowledgeable about the air fare etc, and i was discourage from going. Fast forward 2010 I started to be more involved in the pan African movement and i manifested African friends from Ghana and Senegal in my life, hanging with them and eating the food. from then the feelings to migrate to an African country became stronger and stronger. I first wanted to repatriate to Ghana, however Juliet you've made me fall in love with the Gambia. Also i used to buy Nigerian movies from a shop here in Harlem owned by a Senegalese brother, in 2011 while we were having that talk about the hardships in western countries for us black and brown folks, I expressed my interest in Africa and he suggested the Gambia, he said diasporans fare well there.

The bad leadership had left the Gambia ever since 1994 when we were having a slave up in a dollar tree calling him "a president"; then we were blessed with a pan African leader, I mean a visionary who saved us from mental enslavement of 31 good years, after the fake independence of 1965 up 1994. But unfortunately few evil Gambians decided to do all they can to stop the Gambia from raising as the visionary leader had uprooted the Gambia from being pinning on the ground for 31 good years without even just a single development, nor even a kindergarten was built by our first president after the physical departure of the colonizer, cause he was still mentally controlling the Gambia through our slave who was up in a dollar tree calling him "a president". Then 2016 the evils finally succeeded by taking over the country without even a single clue of ruling a nation, and so many Gambian ignorants fell for the evil's trap cause most Gambians are still on that rusted cain of the colonizer, I mean they're still mentally engineered to hate themselves so much hate anyone that want them the best. I hope I'm well understood??
