Yes. For those who are unaware, the Insulator was originally one of Vatista's wings and was wielded by Kuon, Linne's brother. It was this exact sword that allowed Kuon to manipulate Waldstein's EXS in order to prevent him from turning into a Void. This is why Waldstein is so loyal to Linne, as he owed Kuon his life. Another fun fact, Waldstein was originally part of the Licht Kreiss before they became a women only organization.

Based of the list above, the legal lolis are Linne, Rachel, and Es as they are each above 18... in fact, at least 2 of them are extra legal since they’re past 100 years old. There is platinum who’s slightly legal... I think trinity would be legal since she’s one of the 6 heroes who’s technically, kinda, sorta over 100 years old? I’m not sure, I forget. Then there’s Luna and Sena, both probs a loli... yeah, they’re probably the 0.7 illegal lolis then. So we got 4 legal lolis aside from Vatista, 2 of which are guaranteed to be extra legal so the FBI won’t be on you for them. So there is 20 characters default and 20 confirmed dlc. They had pack 1 (orie, kanji, and platinum) free for two weeks after release(which has just passed). Each pack consist of 3 characters and are $5. Atm there are 3 packs and although Blake and Yang are dlc they shall be forever free since RWBY has the smallest roster.

More specifically, Vatista is an Autonomic Nerve. An overseer of phenomena in the UNIEL universe called Hollow Night (similar to Persona 3’s Dark Hour). In a Hollow Night, if you get bitten by a Void, you’ll eventually become one. But if you survive a Void bite, you become an In-Birth, someone who can wield EXS (ek-sis), the power of manifestation. I mentioned EXS during my Licht Kreis description earlier. A dangerous way to get powers to be honest. Also, Vatista used to have 7 wings. She gave one of them to Linne’s brother centuries ago to save Waldstein from becoming a Void. That wing became a sword called the Insulator. Hyde is currently wielding it.
