I did everything for 100 percent but it says on the pause menu 98.7 percent when I have done everything

Sometimes there's a glitch where if you got a character using codes then your percentage won't show 100. But I don't remember if it's for this game or not. Maybe there's something small that you're missing

What do you mean, like how do you get to the screen? You need to be in Freeplay mode (not doing a story mission) and hold triangle if ur in PS4, then buy
