It's actually not illegal to yeah fire in a crowded theater. You can sit there and yell it all day long. It doesn’t become illegall until the crowd acts on your words and someone gets hurt or damage occurs. Then your held accountable for the outcome. It was never a law. I agree with Ben in some things but definitely not his view on raising the retirement age for social security. A guy who talks for a living can keep talking well into his 80s or longer. But the guy putting a roof on your house or installing the blocks for your home, or pouring your driveway on your multi million dollar home generally can’t do that forever.
