You can get the sword to a very low durability and then put it on a filter and turn on NBT matching, so whenever the sword reaches a certain durability it gets taken off the deployer to be repaired

About Filters in Create they can be set dragging from JEI so you don't really need a copy of the item in inventory, hopefully it will simplify your grind

Something to beware of if you plan to add another blaze spawner. I think they check for blaze in the surrounding area when attempting to spawn, so adding a second right on top of the first shouldn't increase the rates much at all. You'd probably have to make second chamber.

Spawners are so slow that this is unlikely to be much of an issue

Just as a heads up, Wrenches can also crouch-click minecarts, rails, and levers, so you don't need to pickaxe them.

Since it uses durability with each swing, I'd add a counter that forces it to stop just before each item breaks if you wish to repair and re-use.

Unbreaking III would mess with that, it runs on a percentage chance Edit: as someone else said a way to do this would be to get the sword to low durability then set it to a filter with NBT matching, then the filter would only take out the sword when the durability level is the same

*IMPORTANT, READ IF YOU PLAY CREATE, TANGO DERPED.* When you take items out the attack deployer, use an attribute filter to deny swords instead of only accepting mob drops. The deployer kills drop *EXPERIENCE NUGGETS.* Edit: And by XP nuggets I mean Nugget of Experience, the item added by the Create mod.

You could bring the blaze down to 1HP and then kill them with a looting book. You would still get the looting effect but it uses no durability

If you stack multiple spawners on top of each other, and stick them together with the superglue, you can connect them via superglue to a cart assembler and using redstone you can toggle all the spawners at once between being part of a contraption or being actual blocks, nice way to turn off the farm if desired without needing stupid amounts of lights.

Yep, "ornithopter" is a real word. It comes from two parts: "ornith": Greek prefix for "bird," as in "ornithology," the study of birds "pter": From a Greek word for "wing," as in "helicopter" (literally "helical/spiraling wing") and "pterodactyl" ("wing finger"). An ornithopter flies by flapping its wings like a bird rather than having fixed wings like an airplane or spinning blades like a helicopter.

That's what I thought, too. Problem is, you would have to turn off the whole factory. If you just turn off the conveyor to the storage room, items dropped on in won't get picked up and will despawn.

You can make terracotta in the factory too if you want. It would be pretty similar to the bricks, but compacting the clay before cooking it rather than after.

As for the weighted ejectors not keeping up with the amount of items: You could set up na overflow, going from the end of this conveyor will drop down into snother belt connecting down into the output uou desire For the blaze getting stuck on the ceiling, use a fan blowing downwards It should push them down there

You may want to halt the sorting system whenever the overflow bay is forward. Otherwise items which already have a filter will pass first over the unfiltered funnels in your overflow bay, giving you the false impression that their filters aren’t yet configured.

I recommend using tinted glass instead of regular glass for the blaze farm so light doesn't get in and such, you can make it with amethyst and glass and as it's a 1.17 added item(yes it's a vanilla feature) you should be able to craft it.

Fairly sure tango knows about tainted glass but this is indeed a good advice. That said, there will be a building around it, so really, tainted windows would be enough, if they even include any

Your one machine in the factory is collecting XP orbs; I think I remember you setting up a vault to store the XP orbs(the zinc and copper ingots). I don't know much about how those work but can you have a deployer boop some XP orbs on occasion to the sword automatically?

This is really cool! I'm looking forward to sending blaze rods to the factory. I did have an idea about overflow - with how much stuff the factory can send (stacks and stacks of iron sheets, for example), I could see the main overflow getting very full very quickly if something got over triggered. What would you think about throwing a massive "even more overflow" vault at the end of the conveyer belts in your storage system? Then, you can put a stockpile monitor on that massive vault so that you know if any resources / how many resources get past the main storage system & overflow module. Finally, you could put a conveyer belt loop connecting that vault back to the beginning of the storage system (maybe triggered by a redstone link). That way, if stuff builds up in the vault, you can throw a switch and have all the overflow loop through the storage filters again while letting you see just what it is that is filling stuff up - and intervene, if necessary.

Hey tango, great farm... I guess you can add a couple of solid blocks to the lip of the crevice in the blaze farm... Since the entire farm is of glass, they'll pathfind to the solid blocks and won't rest on top of the trapdoor pushificator...

If Tango is worried about the Sword breaking, couldn't he automate it? 2 stone and a stick makes a sword. It wouldn't be efficient, but he would never have to swing a sword unless he wanted to.
