Bldc ceiling fan is one type of ceiling fan which consumes lower electricity compare to normal induction fan. It's also called energy saving fan or brushless dc fan. The full form of bldc is brushless Direct current. ... With the use of bldc motor in ceiling fan we can save 55% electricity in the ceiling fan.
In this video i will discuss the indepth bldc ceiling fan PCB circuits or schematic diagram for SMPS, 3Phase Motor driver, and Speed controller module.
this circuit is design to work from 90volt ac to 265volt ac and 180RPM to 310 RPM
it consume very less power, its input current maximum approx 1 amp at minimum input ac voltage.
efficiency of the system is very high greater than 88% and maximum 91%, so power loss is very less.

It depends what type of input you are providing to fan 230vac and 24dc also type of circuit. If 230vac and 24dc option is there then you can give both. But you put one diode in series of battery or in case of charger no issue or use 7ah battery not more other wise battry will chare and drwa more current and can burn smps if smps not made for more current. If we give 24 volt direct supply to motor what will happen

Nothing will happen you just connect the 24 supply to its PCB between capacitor and diode as I explained in video, do not connect the 24 VDC to motor windings without PCB widing will burn since motor will not rotate .

Remote is not working? Then open and check battery or may be inside some rusting due to cell leak. You can use any other ir remote also.

Good question dekhiye jha per 220 volt ac se dc banaya jata hai waha per dc voltage 325 tak hota hai isliye 24volt dc supply banane k liye Jo mosfet use kare uska voltage minimum 600 650 volt ka ho to accha rahega.

While the 3ph output frequency to motor is varied, what happens to the 3ph output voltage to motor? Does it regulate the V/F ratio ? Does it sense the output 3ph current and regulate the torque to motor ?

Voltage is constant only very small change in frequency may be 40hz(300rpm) to 55 hz (412rpm) Small change in frequency will change small torque but will not able to find any difference, High torque motor only required to maintain V/f ratio and it cost also increase huge.

Sir as we know transformer works on mutual induction principle AC only, so how it converts 230v AC to 24v DC.

Transformer will not make AC to dc but direct 230 mains ac is converted in dc 325 VDC and using high frequency inverter topology high frequency Transformer convert 325 dc to 24 v high frequency AC and again high frequency diode will convert into dc of 24 volt and filtrate using capacitor.
