BLDC ceiling fan runs with 12V DC Converter, In this video, I will show how to run a BLDC ceiling fan with a small battery without using inverter. I will use a 12V-220V DC Converter to run the BLDC ceiling fan with a battery. This method is very helpful for rural area where people face regular power cut problem. In this method you can use any 12V battery. You can get more back up than conventional inverter using this method.

Can you explain about how to convert 100v DC to 220V DC and it should limit the max voltage as 220VDC

Use an SMPS (Switch Modulated Power Supply). You need two capacitors in series connection and a high frequency automatic switch. A 100v supply is activated by switch to charge the capacitors, Then the switch turns the charging circuit off and the series connection between the capacitors on, giving you 200v dc. This switch on and off cycle should be very fast, and by controlling the charging time, you can control the precise output voltage.

DC converter output of 300 Volt is OK and safe for running BLDC fan. Because it is DC voltage. In domestic AC power supply 230V AC is equivalent to 325V DC.
