3d printing is only reliable using prusa printers. More users are coming and the result varies. Normal fan speed control is different from bldc. Sonoff will be able to on and off the device. No need to convert an existing fan into bldc. I could not find reliable drop-in replacement yet .

I agree with your point of oppertunity cost ( which can be used for solar)when we go to normal fan theoretically but practically we need to invest atleast 3-4 lakh rs to have 4 kva system for effective solar solution. ( We have a 6 kva off grid system in our home we faced issue with service for it but technical team are not equipped with the knowledge to figure out the some of the issues r&d team of the product came to figure out issues atlast they made us to change one of the transformer in it which they didn't cover on warranty we had spent 10 lakhs 4 years ago but we have recovered 3 lakhs from the system) i feel solar panels technology will take another 5-10 years to have better efficient and cost effective system

If your eb unit is about 500 units, then close your eyes and go for crompton energion hs model (5 years warranty but only rs 2800) & change all lights to led… your current bill will reduce drastically. Normal fan rs 1800 - 2000 vangunatha life varuthu, low cost normal fan 1 or 2 years la coil poiduthu (my personal experience) purchased super fan on 2019 online still working excellent & purchased crompton energion hs fan on 2021, one time board replaced free of cost from the company (due to my house fault poor eb line & voltage fluctuation). Fan na epothum remote la off pannathiga - always use switch to off all electronics items & bypass regulator for bldc fans. Anyway nice video.

Hi Naveen, Your videos are nice. I have some doubts. As you mentioned that normal fan with Solar panel can make free electricity for the fan. But can you analysis the cost after including battery and inverter items. Suppose If i choose BLDC fan with solar panel and battery. It will reduce battery capacity for running the BLDC fan and energy can be used for some other components. Could you make a video after analysing the above factor?

Your math is correct. But in my experience life time of 200ah lead acid battery is higher than 80ah lead acid battery. Hence bigger battery shall result in more savings in long run. Your opinion?

And even if I am using batteries, what is wrong in spending an extra 1500 for bldc fans. Your statement is like.. I am having solar then i can use normal incandescent bulb instead of cfl/LED

huge is an assumption. It has to be in numbers. If a house has a battery along with an inverter, a solar battery would cost 1000 to 2000 extra. Which also gives longer warranty and the battery is put to regular day to day use. In fact, incandescent bulb gives a light that is close to natural light, If I can run it means, I would still prefer it over led and cfl. Is there anything that previous generation technologies are not at all good?

Don't assume your viewers are fools and you can fool them. You are prejudiced to prove your false hypothesis. Rs 2,500/- atomberg BLDC good quality fan available. But for non BLDC you conveniently take Rs 1000/- while its cost is around Rs 1,500-3,000/+- or even more. While you switch off normal fan, you can also switch off BLDC fan. You assume it off through remote and trying to calculate ideal current. Even then it is negligible. Coming to power consumption, it is measured in input of fan. that is 230v. Don't fool the public. Do you want to challenge me on the above?

@@NaveenResearchTamil Before it goes bad (assuming) money invested in BLDC is recovered. 5 years warranty is enough for it. Not every single piece goes bad even after warranty. LED bulbs/tubes life span is very less. Doesn't it contribute to e-waste?. You have to be honest in your content.

As a seller what I suggest is never buy the low rate fans bcoz the manufacturer uses aluminium winding wires instead of copper and the other spares ie., the bearing, capacitor ,core etc., are inferior , now a days people's only prefer brand items not Hyderabad or Delhi fans . BLDC fans are energy efficient one but we have to incur a bulk amount. If you give a creative method of a BLDC fan in an ordinary one then the people's like me will get some short of advantage . Anyhow your explanations are thinkable and appreciable . 🎉
