Great video. I think it's fair to say the girls are getting some love in Rebirth of Souls with this type of history. Tamsoft is undoubtedly a great pick for bringing BLEACH back to the gaming scene and the devs seem to be going all out on it, going beyond expectations with the high quality of the visuals. Sometimes these passionate studios don't really get visuals right and games end up looking less appealing as they should, but luckily RoS looks fantastic already. In the video you mentioned that Racjin developed a few BLEACH games in the past which is why they would be a great pick to develop a new game. The (Tamsoft) producer said that Tamsoft devs played previous BLEACH console games to get a feel at the series so I guess it's fair to say that Tamsoft is going to be developing on the ideas of the previous games or at least being faithful building up on the worldview present in previous games. Rebirth of Souls is the perfect name for the new BLEACH game. It signals the return of the series as a strong franchise that will push on with sequels with great high quality, and I'm glad that the game does not cover the Lost Agent or Thousand-Years Blood War arcs because of that. This is the chance BLEACH has been waiting for in the gaming scenes since it started airing in 2004. But just as much because of that RoS is also an important page in their book for Tamsoft to take seriously so that they can also thrive in the future. Everyone in the industry knows the power that the BLEACH IP holds in the mainstream scene and with TYBW there is no better time for them to go absolutely all out on developing a new game than now, because they will likely never again get another chance like this. Very excited to support their efforts and enjoy the game.

I wasn't too sure if it would have an english dub but I noticed the original gameplay reveal is in English. This is definitely going to help me as a blind person, as I don't know Japanese. However, the other thing that has me really, really hyped, is the fact that because of this game being announced, I started to watch the anime and I've honestly fallen in love with it (i.e: it's absolutely awesome), then I watched some gameplay at a Japanese showcase and whilst that particular session was in Japanese, the sound design and music have me so, so hyped. If the story mode is voiced, that'll be all I need to fully enjoy this. The fact that the sound design is also in stereo is the absolute icing on the cake.

IT'S BEEN THIRTEEN YEARS. And we still aren't getting ANY fullbring arc content? Realistically, there's probably no cast size that can do this game justice, but I would really like to see Ginjo and Tsukishima playable in something other than brave souls. It's long overdue. My issue is that it's practically impossible to build a new franchise in the modern climate. If the game flops, it won't get a sequel. Bandai don't take risks - you're a Gundam Vs fan, you know this - so if the game doesn't hit the mark first time round, there's not really any chance for it. In addition, upon finding out Tamsoft rosters are typically very small, my heart sank into my chest. It's been so long, and yet they're only going to do the same tired soul society and arrancar arcs that they always do? I love those arcs! I do, but... I want something new, too. (Also, you can cut it down further. Every Visored that isn't Shinji, since realistically none of them will make it

Nope, no Fullbring. The smart move would be to either make it DLC so they have time to properly flesh it out, or bullshit through the last fight as the prologue of the next game. I wouldn’t say it’s impossible to build a franchise, but it’s only reserved for the smash hits and series with real staying power. JJK, for example, is definitely getting a sequel or second game. BLEACH will too. Tamsoft’s rosters are typically small but they usually work with, comparatively speaking, bullshit IPs. Although UTZ and Gintama Rumble didn’t pass 15, Estival Versus rebuilt 20 characters almost completely from scratch and added at least 4 more onto that at launch. Bare minimum, Bleach is getting 30. Starting at the beginning’s the best way to go. It helps newer people get into the series and then there’ll be a larger consumer base when they inevitably tackle the war (which would need to add at least 20 characters right out the gate). Ikkaku and Yammy are definitely making it, but I’m curious about how Yammy’s Resurrección will be handled.

Glad to see Tamsoft going and with the recent gameplay of this month it seems the game isn't an Arena fighter since there's side-stepping and movement closer to what DOA/Tekken/BloodyRoar 3D fighters are with the characters always facing each other, I want to see even more of the game And regarding Hinomaruko while it's been shelved, seeing it apparently uses the same Engine of SK Se7en and with COVID happening right after the reveal at TGS 2019 and the development cycle of Bleach RoS lining up I feel this is a case of a project being on hold to ensure resources and continue development, since this is more of a personal indie project of them with publisher focused on indie game publishing company in charge of distribution, I have hope of seeing the game resurfacing once RoS goes into Post-launch support

Senran Kagura is, by all accounts, a "coomer" game. But it also is, surprisingly, a really good beat em up. The PVP was slightly less balanced in EV after they nerfed just guarding to be a push back instead of a full on stun, but besides that it had an amazing PVP experience. So i have hopes that the new Bleach game will be an interesting arena fighter to say the least.

Fr though, Aaronierro/Kaien has to be here first and foremost because he's a 2-for-1 package and significant to both the Soul Society and Arrancar Arcs. Plus he has a long and important battle with Rukia. Zommari at that point is just the odd one out. Izuru and Momo is tough, but they are prominent in Soul Society, which seems to be a focus of the game, and are far and away more popular than every Visored not named Shinji.

Burst Renewal and OneeChanbara Origin showed me that Tamsoft has the talent, and only needs the budget. Glad they still get to make cool games after what happened with the Sony PlayStation HQ disaster.
