I've said this already on 1 of the earlier episodes where she tries to use her bankai out of the blue to stop the black blobs of yuba from destroying soul society and she gets totally oneshotted.. It's out of character for her to use her bankai like this.. How many times did she even use it after the first time it actually worked?.. Now it's just a joke.. Yet some people said it was character development 😅🤭.. At this point it's just giving soi fon something random to do and making her seem apart of everything since kubo forgot about her in the Manga in the first place 😢 She's a good character, she could've atleast gotten some justice but I guess she wasn't as important as others.. Just wish they could've done something atleast different.. Nonetheless.. This war arc is awesome and going strong.. Bleach is my all time favorite and all it's characters are amazing to me.. Can't wait for final season with excitement and sadness

Biggest one for me is Ukitake's ultimate sacrifice and how he and Mimihagi were essentially holding the worlds together. It really drives home Ukitake's selflessness and status as a Captain. It's something he'd do even if tragic. For everyone's sake.

OMZ is likely a small part of Yhwach that regrets the Auschwallen, that hates killing his kin. Remember Yamamoto said Yhwach is a bit different than how he used to be. He used to care more. it's why he tried trapping him with South.

I imagine the reason they brought Ishinn and Ryuken could only mean that they actually have bigger roles for them to play than in the manga. Ryuken brought the arrow but Isshin literally got dressed up to do literally nothing in the manga so I hope he partakes in a battle somehow.

Note: 09:02 the scene with Yuzu & Karin is not filler, but adapted from chapter 615 p01. Very good overall this part 3, I might say this season finale would had been EPIC with a big (& greatly animated) fight but let's wait for the upcoming last part to see if they can fix the rushed manga ending. Anyway, thank you Pierrot for this adaptation. Much better than the original series (2004-2012). Can I ask for a full remake, please? Haha.

I like that Kubo made Momo have some moments to shine. It shows that she is second seat for a reason. I really love Kubo is writing Ichigo. He feels a different character from the other Manga protagonists of that era.

I wish they kept the part where we see yhwach Almighty transfers to jugram from the manga. It's such a cool scene in the manga. And you can kinda understand why jugram starts to act differently and is in such a hurry to confront uryu as a traitor. The line Jugram says himself when Almighty transfers... The ability to see the future is such a cruel power... Isn't it your Majesty?? Foreshadowing imo jugram saw the future where yhwach will take jugram life from him. So he wants to test uryu resolve and see if he made the right choice and killing his only friend bazz b for yhwach...

I have a theory. What if the antithesis is a latent ability inside Ishida, and not a Schrift ability given by Ywach? There seems to be hint that there is a link between Mimihagi and Ishida, perhaps he too have a fragment of the Soul King inside of him? Since both Pernida and Gerard have their abilities before given a Schrift by Ywach, and their Schrift is based on their natural abilities, what if Ishida is the same? We saw in the flashback that it was Ishida that collapsed from the Aushwalen, while his mother was alright. What if Ishida subconsciously use the Antithesis on her, reversing his fate, and that’s what killed her in the end? That would explain why Ryuken became distant with Uryuu, since he couldn’t bring himself to tell him that it is him that caused the death of his mother. Given how Kubo loves drawing parallels between Ichigo and Uryuu, since Ichigo indirectly led to Masaki’s death by Grand Fisher then perhaps Uryuu too unknowingly cause his mother’s death. Now both sons are here to fight the real cause of their mother’s death - Yhwach.

Iirc, Ywach dont "give" people new abilities, the schrifts act as amplifiers or jumpstarters to awaken and improve the latent power the quincy have. So the antithesis IS uryu's all along, yes

@ Yhwach grants power, which he can then take back to strengthen himself and others via the Aushwalen. Askin too commented that both Pernida and Gerard are the two known Quincies who didn’t get new abilities from Yhwach, instead the schrift is named after their original powers

I have a crackpot theory regarding the OG royal guard(I wish that chart was translated). I feel like they were the closest thing Yhwach had to Friends/Family. when they died Yhwach just completely stopped caring and just saw everything and everyone else as a means to an end for his goal, so he wouldn't have to go through that again. Because hearing and feeling their suffering when returning to him would be a 1000x worse, then people he doesn't care about. This is kind of backed up when Royd who had yhwachs memories was sad at seeing his friends corpses being used by Yama like that.

All the anime only Bleach fans will be experiencing the definitive version of TYBW. Going to be bittersweet when it's over but what a time to be alive.

I wasn’t disappointed by the Bambi‘s conclusion at all nor did I find it disrespectful. That was to be EXPECTED. The soul king would solo the verse while sleeping. Besides , Yhwach is the SOURCE of their power. So rather have them die once and for all here. Because the shinigami have more than enough reason to want to hurt the Bambis personally. From Yumichika to KIRA and Hitsugaya, ect. It was ludicrous without any knowledge of the almighty or the arrow of stillness to just blindly charge at the Quincy king. Even Askin made fun of them in the credits. Bazz-B is the only sternritter who got off lucky imo. So I’d gladly take the reunited Vicords who can shine in the series endgame.

Last 2 ep were gas af. Hoping c4 to be even levels ahead in hype,story and on top the animation. And I think peirrot need to go all out for c4 so they can actually stand out in the industry. And bleach is something which can make them standout right now (as tybw in recent memories is their most positive reviewed anime). So hoping them to hire more better veterans and staff+ a good enough time for c4 and 20th anniversary anime project.

Shinji can’t use his bankai around allies because it has a wide range and he can’t control who it affects. It would turn the captains on each other as well. Last time he said the only reason he could use it was because his allies were already dead.

As insulting as the “omake” section was, in that it cut down a bunch of the potential runtime just for something that should’ve been revealed in a Club Outside Q&A, i’m hoping it was just an incredibly lazy way of hinting that perhaps those four quincies will somehow return as enemies in P4. As it stands, with all the fights being started immediately, Ryuken and Isshin don’t have anyone to fight. Gerard fight = 2 eps Uryu vs Jugo = 1 ep (Bazz vs Jugo was essentially part 1) Ichigo vs Yhwach = 2 eps Askin vs Yoruichi & Kisuke = 1.5 eps Epilogue = 1 ep Potential awful omake like the Kon/Askin sketches = 0.5 ep That’s roughly 9 eps accounted for, leaving only 4, assuming there’s not another Ep 14 in P4. With the current flow of things, four eps likely means another two fights. Presumably one will involve Ryuken and Isshin, perhaps the other will be an Aizen battle + flashback? Either way, I think people are getting a bit too excited about new content because there’s not as much space to play with as you guys all think. We’ll probably just get some small expansions to the current content along with two new fights
